The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. The customer service was truly extraordinary. Everyone took the time to explain procedures clearly and made both my dog and me feel welcomed, supported, and at ease from the very beginning.
Dr. Bayer is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate. He was not at all intimidated by my Shar-Pei, approached my dog with calm assurance, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the breed and its common medical concerns. His expertise was immediately evident, and I felt complete trust in his care.
The pricing was more than reasonable. After being quoted nearly $4,000 elsewhere for the same services, Hunters Creek Animal Hospital provided an estimate of around $800, which was transparent and fair. What truly stood out was that Dr. Bayer personally called me during my dog’s procedure to provide an update and to ensure I was comfortable moving forward with everything outlined in the estimate. That level of communication, respect, and professionalism is rare.
Overall, this practice is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I felt heard, respected, and confident every step of the way.
I highly recommend Hunters Creek Animal Hospital,especially Dr. Bayer, to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. This is truly a wonderful place to bring your pet.

The staff is extremely helpful and will even help you find coupons on GoodRx to help with medication costs at the pharmacy. Reasonably priced for the excellent care they provide.

Doctor Shah was quick to diagnose the problem and resolved it. Additionally she diagnosed a few joints needing care as well as allergy condition. Pills were prescribed. Then the bill came. I was suprised that the total was very reasonable and well under expectations. We will be scheduling our return visit soon.
2 days later his coat shows marked improvement and has more pep. The inflammation has reduced.

(My only negative comment is that they do not have iced tea.) The passionfruit margarita arrived and was so pretty, I hesitated to drink it, but it was tangy and delicious! We ordered the chips and salsa, and my husband loved the salsa so much, he ate it all in a few minutes. So we got more! We decided to share several items, including the DOÑA PEPA SALAD BOWL with pollo pibil, then also ordered four tacos. We got two of the tacos de hongos, one pollo pibil taco and one carnitas taco. Everything was extremely good! I wish I had ordered lettuce in the bowl, but the cilantro rice was delicious. And the dressing was delicious as well, although my husband put salsa all over his half of the bowl. I am so glad we trusted the yelp ratings and came here for dinner!

I don’t wish you would need to use a cremation service but if and when you do. Your pet is In great loving hands.I want to emphasize that this is a private cremation and not a mass relation like they do with the pound animals. I arrived and he had several deceased he needed to take care of that day and he is working all alone yet was able to call me with my baby cremation completed the same day. Terry is a tender and kind soul. We sometimes are not our best selves when we are distraught from loss. Terry made it a bit easier on me. I am grateful.

Today is the 20th, Tom is already sleeping with us, he has already gotten used to us and even became very playful.He is also insanely affectionate.Eats thank God excellent.We planted grass for him to get vitamins❤️?

3423 Bay Lake Rd, OrlandoHello all. I currently work for this establishment and am in charge of seeing that all her dogs and puppies are very well taken cared of. They get more then enough nourishment and treats. They get baths they go to the vet and they have more then enough play time outside. Ms Marcia loves her doodles and does all she can to make sure they are healthy and happy. When people work for her and come on her website with a bad review it shows the character that they are. And for an old employee to go and call, text and harass until the late hours of the night is very uncalled for. I am a witness to ALL her dogs and puppies being healthy and have way more then enough outside and playtime. ❤️
