Eastwood was not only able to fit me in within the hour, but provided top notch service. Dr Castillo was informative, took time to answer questions and seemed to truly care. Additionally, all another staff members that helped during our visit were so sweet and made sure to make Lily very comfortable. I will be switching to this practice from our other vet!

Hunter's Creek Animal Hospital

We have been going to a different vet for about 4 years and every time the experience got worse. We hated the experience just as much as our cats did. Our cats would sit an hour+ in the clinic room to only be grabbed and taken to the back room for their shots and yearly tests. We were lucky to be able to talk to the doctor for more than 1-2 minutes. Our last visit lasted 3 hours for a single cat checkup so we looked for a different vet.
Our family raved about Hunter’s Creek Animal Hospital so we thought we’d give it a try. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating during our visit and made sure our cats were cared for and their owners calm during a stressful visit. Dr. Bayer came in and performed all of the yearly tests and administered their vaccines all in the room. We got to see the care and attention that the doctor provided for our cats during the visit. Both cats were as calm as could be and got to see us the entire time. At one point I was tearing up because it felt like we really found a place that truly cared about our cats. We weren’t some number on a list or part of a queue that needed to be finished. I think this office should be proud that they are providing such a well needed service for their community with professionalism and compassion.
Update: We’ve been taking our cats here for a few years now and while they obviously are never overjoyed to be at the vet, they are so calm with Dr. Bayer and his staff. ? We are extremely grateful for this vet office.

By the time I met with Dr Olson at Varsity Veterinarian Clinic, I was incredibly anxious about my cat and anxious about getting her better testing. Dr. Olson was very thorough, kind, and intelligent; she saw how stressed I was and was able to immediately test my cat and gave me an extensive treatment plan and schedule. Not only was she incredibly accommodating but she offered me priceless reassurance that my cat is ok and they will help us. Every member here is so kind and genuinely cares about your pet, and takes the time to truly listen. Night and day difference for me! Thank you so much!

Animal Cancer Care Clinic
106 N Dean Rd #120, OrlandoIn May, my baby Althea was diagnosed with a mammary tumor and we were referred to Animal Cancer Care Clinic. Dr. Ruddle and the whole staff were great to us. Most vets we’ve been to haven’t understood or been patient with Althea’s anxiety and the team here was so incredibly kind and patient with her it made us all feel safe and cared for. Dr. Ruddle was able to operate and remove the entire tumor and then referred us to Dr. Sones for oncology.
Dr. Sones was so good to us. He answered every question I had, took the time to explain every treatment option, and talked us through this incredibly difficult time. He was a great support and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s obvious everyone here cares very deeply about their patients. He always called me back to talk about treatment options, side effects, and any questions I had. He made sure we felt supported and understood everything that was going on.
The nurses and vet techs were incredible. Althea trusted them. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. They didn’t think she was mean or reactive, they understood she was just nervous and protective of her family. No vet we’ve ever been to has been as kind or patient as the team here.
Unfortunately, we lost Althea suddenly last week. The team did everything they could to prevent this and I believe they gave her an extra 8 weeks of happiness. It’s hard. Cancer sucks. I miss her so much. I’m grateful for the team here and everyone who gave Althea their all and treated her with so much love and kindness. Thank you for trying to save my best friend. She loved all her friends at Animal Cancer Care Clinic.
My only comment is that the emergency line is only 24 hours Monday-Wednesday. Althea passed late Thursday into Friday. Once she started to decline, we called the emergency service, left a voicemail explaining her symptoms and the urgency of the situation with a number to call us back, we never got a response or call back. This was really scary because there’s no after hours support for half the week. You can’t schedule an emergency like this, a call back at least would’ve been comforting.

The service appears rushed and lacks friendliness. No one explains the menu to the néophytes. This last time they sat us on a table put together using two tables of different height. It was a bit uncomfortable and odd. Some left over items were also found on our table (dirty glasses) from a the previous partie, revealing lack of attention to detail.The food was average. The ceviche was disappointing, poorly presented on the plate (looked rushed) not as delicious as I remembered. The onions were wilted and only got two tiny pieces of sweet potato and a few corn kernels. The other dishes were quite salty. I wonder if the main chef was at their new location this particular day. I dont think we will be back there are too many other good options on Orlando.

601 N Primrose Dr, Orlandothis place is amazing, i used to go to their original food truck back at red light red light and it's honestly better than ever now at this location. incredible bbq and donuts. everything is super fresh made to order. and let me tell you, that difference really shines in the donut department. each one is made fresh just for you and they have a bunch of incredible topping and flavor options. they also have really good pork belly which is rare for a bbq place. i will definitely keep going here whenever i have the chance. thanks!

Terry was amazingly patient from my first call the day my baby died until the last sweet words he said as I left with her in my arms ? . He helped me with directions to find the place, he patiently explained the whole process and what to expect and when I entered the building I noticed how he was very respectful of the deceased . I don’t wish you would need to use a cremation service but if and when you do. Your pet is In great loving hands.I want to emphasize that this is a private cremation and not a mass relation like they do with the pound animals. I arrived and he had several deceased he needed to take care of that day and he is working all alone yet was able to call me with my baby cremation completed the same day. Terry is a tender and kind soul. We sometimes are not our best selves when we are distraught from loss. Terry made it a bit easier on me. I am grateful.

3423 Bay Lake Rd, OrlandoHello all. I currently work for this establishment and am in charge of seeing that all her dogs and puppies are very well taken cared of. They get more then enough nourishment and treats. They get baths they go to the vet and they have more then enough play time outside. Ms Marcia loves her doodles and does all she can to make sure they are healthy and happy. When people work for her and come on her website with a bad review it shows the character that they are. And for an old employee to go and call, text and harass until the late hours of the night is very uncalled for. I am a witness to ALL her dogs and puppies being healthy and have way more then enough outside and playtime. ❤️
