“I had originally reserved a truck through Budget but was informed the day of pickup that they did not have any trucks. Frantically searching online I found that this location would have a truck for me to pick up same day. However when I drove the truck home and looked at it in comparison to all my stuff I became worried it wasn't big enough. I called the national U-Haul number and they were able to see that there was a bigger truck available for me to swap. I went back and the process was so easy. Everyone was really nice and I was able to quickly and easily get the truck I needed. It was a real lifesaver during a stressful day and whenever I need to move things I will only use U-Haul now.”

“This is my new favorite location. I have switched from an actual UHaul location to this E Colonial Dr Compass Storage for all of my future reservations. The customer service is outstanding, and always ready to assist above and beyond.
The only issue I find with all UHaul trucks from any location is that the floors are usually dirty, even though they appear to have no trash left inside. I wish there was a better way to keep them clean. I will have to clean them every time before I load.”

“Perfect and easy every step of the way! Even when I messed up at the end, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Great communication super fast and friendly. I even had to call the after hours number (Because I did not do things following the instructions) and they did everything to help me and made sure that all was good at the end. “One way rental to Valdosta ga. Truck ran great. Was charged $45 extra when i returned the truck. Attendees said it wasn't full although i filled it up half a block away. I drive trucks for a living for 35 yrs. So i know how to top of fuel tank. Other than that everything else was good.”

“When are the U-Haul truck and it worked great. No problems with the truck it was big enough to move all my daughters furnishings. They were so understanding when we brought the truck back a little late. Making sure the truck was clean and gas up before delivering it back to the U-Haul. Thank you for the experience of a good running truck that didn't eat my gas money up. The prices of gas these days you need to find a good truck when you're moving and it worked out fantastic for me. They had all the boxes and tape all kinds of shipping and packing supplies that you need very reasonable price.”

“Renting a trailer? Decide between U-Haul or U-Haul. Or maybe even U-Haul. Their app and website are worse than useless but sometimes you come across a person doing their job above and beyond and I had the pleasure of dealing with two of the four people at this location who were fun and helpful to deal with. I didn't catch the first gentleman's name but Sergio checked me back in and was an absolute rock star. Funny how a few minutes dealing with a competent, friendly person can turn a frustrating experience (app & website) into a great one.”

“It’s great to finally find a place where service matters still. The manager, Chris made the process so simple. We really appreciated it and would recommend compass for anyone’s storage needs! Update: Property added a ton of additional security cameras every time I look up I see another new one. Same staff is onsite from when I moved in. Makes me happy to have a sense of security that my items will be safe! I want to make sure I mention Sheela as I know I only put Chris’s name before but both are wonderful people. Highly recommend! I did inquire about the additional cameras to the staff and asked if they had any issues and that being the reason they added them. The answer I got seemed simple and straight to the point “No sir, no issues we simply do whatever we can to avoid a possible issue before it ever has the chance of turning into a problem.” Thank you both again for everything you do!”
