I’ve gone to other AT&T locations for help after dealing with 611 representatives, which unfortunately has been a frustrating experience. In the past, I’ve been told “it’s not our problem” and advised to call 611 again. That was not the case here.
This team truly goes above and beyond. They took the time to help, showed genuine care, and made sure the issue was resolved without passing the buck. This location should absolutely be the standard for both the 611 call center and other local AT&T stores.

“Our remote died and went to get a replacement. Parking can be tight but that's the only issue.
You are met at the door, some people are put off by this, some like it. I was there to replace my long serving XR11 remote.
I was given an XR15 remote. Meh....
I got home and it was more difficult to get it configured than the instructions lead you to believe. 2 days later and it stopped working all together. Took it back after ordering an XR11 from Amazon, just in case....
Same issue trying to get the Samsung TV and the remote paired as per the instructions. Got it to pair by initiating the pairing on the TV instead of through the XFINITY box as per the instructions (set the TV to look for the pairing instead of playing with number combinations to appear on the TV screen as per the instructions)
The ergonomics are not as good as the XR11 and some of the button areas are very stiff, making their selection hit or miss unless you "bear down" on the button.”
