The store manager tried but I couldn’t remember my Apple password so I was almost on my way back home to get it when another employee Damien came over and said there was another way to unlock the phone. And he did!!!! I didn’t have to go home and he not only unlocked it he found a face with the inf. choices I had before and I could read without my glasses. Way to go Damien, God bless you!!!!”

“The service was very fast, although the store setup was a little confusing because T-Mobile and Xfinity operate in the same location. I went in with billing questions about my cable service and ended up speaking with a representative through a computer station.
The service was good, and the customer service representative was helpful. I recommend using the disposable headphone covers since many customers use the same headset, and avoid touching the screen when possible.”
