“I purchased a 26 gun Winchester gun safe from this location. I got home with it and after setting it up and looking it over, noticed it had a couple small but decent sized dents in the side of it. I called them and spoke with Tammie and explained the issue. She gave me the option of a discount on the one I purchased or to return and exchange it for a new one. I chose to exchange it and she let me come back in at my convenience. The exchange process with Kris was smooth and he was great help! I showed him the dents in the one I was returning and we opened and looked over the new one for damage to avoid the issue of coming back again! It was a bit of a hassle loading and unloading safes from my truck but I’m very happy! Thank you Tammie and Kris!”
