“We are new arrivals at the Addison (and Florida). During our whole relocation process we had chance to work with Jordan, and from start to finish she was nothing short of exceptional. She helped through the process, keeping in contact with us through video and pictures, and when we arrived to the site EVERYTHING was ready to go. After getting the keys and doing a quick walkthrough, I noticed a few very minor things that I brought to her attention and she was on it. Of all the stress involved in a cross state move, this was pretty low on the list and that's thanks to her. Thanks Jordan!!”

“I have been renting apartments in Clearwater for 13 years and have dealt with many management teams. No matter how nice a place may be, people will leave if the management is terrible. I lived at the Apex for almost four years, then had to leave to take care of some family matters. When I returned, I rented again at the Apex. Having a great manager, like Todd, who genuinely cares about the tenants, is one of the reasons people stay at the Apex. I got a few friends to rent at the Apex, and when I came back, they were all still here. Anastasia is a key component as well, especially since we have a large Russian/Ukrainian community.”

“Probably the nicest complex I've lived in anywhere in the state so far honestly. It's not perfect of course, but in terms of price and feeling safe, it is the best I've lived in. The manager Yessy and the maintenance tech, Selvin and Angel are wonderful and respectful and always do their best to help. They're quick about getting to help requests. Them and the management team know us by name and always say hello when we see them. The Fountains in the backyards are genuinely so pretty and the fences are screened, so pets, small children are safe from getting out, and pests don't get in. At my last place it was open and we would get wasp nests constantly and I felt uncomfortable being out there. Here I actually want to sit out and read a book. Very quiet and no issues with feeling unsafe. You can't hear the neighbors, so it's nice and private. Ac and heat work well, and I really enjoy the ceiling fan in the living room.

If you're looking for a place under 1700, definitely apply here. They have move in special prices sometimes as well, which is what we got. Thank you, Yessy, Selvin, and Angel! And the rest of the management staff :)”

“The experience so far has been far superior to any other place i have lived in. The response time and willingness to listen and help when things are needed are wonderful to have in a place you call home. My pups are so beyond happy and want to go outside and explore while rarely ever seeing any extra poop. The majority of neighbors are responsible pet owners. When we lost our senior pup, without skipping a beat the management team offered condolences and it filled our hearts with a feeling of true community that cares. We love this place already. There are some amenities that need to be fixed however they are on it when you request it. This spot is special because they have a wonderful team with great leadership. ❤️”

“My sister and I lived here for a year and absolutely loved our experience! The only reason we decided to leave was because there wasn’t a three-bedroom apartment available when our lease was up. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed!!
We never had any complaints during our time here. The property was always very well-maintained and clean, and the overall experience was wonderful. Zach was also amazing to work with, he was always helpful, responsive, and willing to assist whenever we needed anything!!

“Shady Oaks is a nice plce i use to have a 1 bedroom it was a nice place i had no pest i only killed 1 spider and that is when i was moving stuff in i lived there for 6 years then i moved into my wonderful home i am in now i love shady oaks the people there were very friendly.”

“It took 3 visits for the maintenance person to fix the balcony door problem. All good now.
The floors were not clean. The kitchen cabinets on the outside were not clean. There were many greasy areas around the stove The walls and baseboards were clean and freshly painted. Balcony was very dirty. I am pleased with the size of the rooms and closets. Kitchen lighting is a bit dim.”

When my cat passed away, the management team surprised me with a thoughtful sympathy card. That small act of kindness meant so much during a difficult time and showed me that they truly care about their residents as people, not just tenants. The property itself is always clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. The grounds, amenities, and common areas are consistently cared for, and it's obvious the team takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. There have been a few occasions when it has been difficult to reach someone by phone, but every time I've stopped by the leasing office in person, the team has been actively helping residents and prospects. It's clear they're busy because they're working hard to provide great service, and whenever I've needed assistance, they've always taken the time to help me. If you're looking for a community with outstanding service, compassionate staff, and a property that is exceptionally well cared for, I highly recommend Addison Skyway Marina and would recommend scheduling a tour and visiting the property in person to truly appreciate everything it has to offer.”

“In 2024 I moved into Sailpointe apartments. Four days later, Hurricane Helene hit and everything was lost. Sailpointe handled the event with compassion and timely assistance.
Now one year later, I am returning to Sailpointe.

“We’ve been living here for well over 10 years maybe close to 15 . We love the area close to parks and close enough to just hop onto east bay and which switches to Roosevelt to get you Tampa pretty fast . It feels so comfy as our home . We’ve only have a couple issues here. And I see them improving the maintenance of the landscaping as well as a pool cleaner . So things looked to be improving . I love the largo police is located quick and easy right next to the highland park next door which makes it even better . A couple issues in the area caught on our security cameras but .. probably just young adults trying to act up. Other than that this is our home we love living in this area . If we sign a new lease I’d probably only have them fix a couple of things in our apartment . Maybe to feel a little more comfortable. When we moved into this unit we moved in quickly and the base boards and paint weren’t done nicely that’s something we’d want . And the bathroom sink vanity needs to be replaced because the sink doesn’t drain properly. But we will c in a few months if we sign a new lease. Like I said it’s cozy , close to parks . Only thing that always changes my mind d about moving is the no washer and dryers in units .

“I like living here alot! There has been some new building glitches that will likely lead to some bad reviews in the future. My place was fine. Beach is right there, not in a super touristy location. All appliances are brand new. View is really nice if you are on the ocean side. Neighborhood has most things you need in walking distance.,

Staff is nice, but could be more accommodating at times. When I first moved, I didnt have internet set up yet and needed to get some things submitted for work before noon. Unfortunately, they wouldnt let me hop on the office wifi while I waited for the cable guy to show up.”

“The complex is small and was quiet so that was a plus, pool PLUS, laundry mat PLUS and the area is perfect park is walking distance location is great very convenient and nicely made 1 bedroom apartment”

I want especially to give a shout out to Niki, who went far above and beyond in helping us find a place for my mother-in-law. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the apartments and surrounding grounds. It's really a beautiful place to live.”

“Where to begin...Great location for our 22 yo daughter who has never lived outside of home in Michigan before. Security is wonderful, neighbors were so helpful, amenities are unreal! Car wash bay, massage chairs for your post workout relaxation, tanning bed, rooftop terrace for gatherings, gorgeous zero entry pool with cabanas and very tastefully decorated clubhouse with coffee bar and full kitchen for events. Monthly events for residents, key fob for the gates, ample parking, beautiful grounds and super helpful and caring staff. Couldn't ask for more!”

“I’ve lived here for 4 years and i absolutely love living here despite some problems that are inevitable no matter what complex you live in. Shelly and Chris are my go to when I need help with concerns or questions, they handle it almost immediately if not the next day, the issue is address and I really appreciate that. They are super nice! Especially Shelly! Hector is the best maintenance at Waterchase, he’s fixed numerous problems/ minor issues when coming to my apartment even if it’s something that wasn’t made in a maintenance request, he takes the time to take care of it and he’s super pleasant to deal with the other maintenance are also pleasant but Hector has by far been the best.”

“I just moved in, and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The property is under new management, which I believe is a great thing. One of the property managers gave me a tour, and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and quiet.

The property has a nice pool and laundry facilities, which are great amenities. I was also very impressed with the maintenance service. I submitted a maintenance request, and it was taken care of the very next day. The maintenance staff was efficient and responsive.

Overall, I’m impressed with how the entire team operates. The staff and residents I’ve met have been very friendly, and so far, I’m very pleased with my decision to move here.”

Further more just making sure that there plant operates staff makes sure all is done when they come look at things that need to be done and finish the project instead of leaving and not coming back.

I have had nothing but a great experience living here and the apartment is fully renovated and has a lake view ??. Annlyn the assistant community manager is beyond friendly. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help out anyone no matter what the situation is. She displays superb hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Moving back here has been the best decision I have made and I’m so thankful for her. The entire staff is amazing and anytime I place a request for maintenance the staff is at my door with 24 hours, talk about amazing service and courteous as well. Anyone looking for a new home come on out and let Annlyn and the staff show you why Four Lakes is the best place to live.”

Management is quick and efficient with responding to any issues, Maintenance shows up less than 24 hours after a requested made, the overall facility is always kept clean. The policies and regulations that you may hear some complaint about are actually favorable for people who want to live in a clean, friendly, quieter (but not boring lol), lifestyle. So many options for floor plans, And all of them make for a comfortable apartment! The leasing agents are phenomenal as well.”
