We have been going there for several years and they have always been very responsive and organized. I would highly recommend St. Johns Veterinary Hospital to anyone who may be in need of a vet for anything ranging from routine check ups to help with preparing for international travel. Also, the staff in the front office is extremely friendly and makes sure your pet feels comfortable from the time you walk in.

And when I called back later they had no problem informing me about the self pet Day services they offer at some of the locations and gave me everything I needed to know. Also if the staff ever see this just know I was very mistaken and please don't feel confused just know you're right and I'm wrong! You said there may not be pet supermarket locations back up north and you would be right, I was thinking of Pet supplies plus! Anyways; Very clean, very friendly and very satisfied very happy atmosphere!! Thankyou so much for a great experience ( for my first time taking my first baby on their first outting!)

She is caring, kind, and truly treats each of her patients like they’re her own. I greatly appreciate her educating me on the different options to provide the best care and treatment. We are new to the area and hadn't yet found a vet for our Scottish Fold, Lachie (short for Lachlan). He was listless, felt hot to the touch, and wouldn't eat at all. I called multiple vets in the area and they all had a several week wait. Forever Pets for us in same day. The entire staff was so warm, welcoming and helpful. What amazed me most though, was that the doctor was so willing to answer my questions and took the time to really listen. My daughter is a veterinary surgical nurse in another state, and he was not only willing to listen to her perspective but allowed her to be a part of the conversation in determining a care plan for our sick boy. Even more amazing, he himself called me to check up on Lachie and make sure he was doing ok one he was discharged. When someone gives good customer service it stands out in today's world. But when they go above and beyond, it's almost shocking to the senses! It's so refreshing to find a vet that we can trust. Forever Vets will be our Forever vet!

We've only seen him a handful of times yet I always feel like family. His staff is fantastic and gentle.We make the drive out of town for them!
Also want to add....Our older Doberman has major anxiety around people/vet. She has to be very drugged before the vet. Yet she just MELTS into Dr. Russel. She even ate the treats he offered. Which she won't even do for me in public lol. Made me a bit jealous he won her over so quickly.

I have cavalier, King Charles spaniels and have came in for many different reasons no matter what the reasons they’ve always created me with a happy face explain things thoroughly a few times there have been emergencies as one of my dogs, deciding to try to jump a fence and tore his paw pad and on a busy day, they took me anyway as an emergency. The doctor called the next day to see how he was doing. He tore his bandage off and they asked me to come back and redid it at no charge. I can call and ask questions and the doctor will call me back that day with having four dogs gets busy for me different needs and sometimes just to check up I would refer anybody here. I’m excited and happy to have found a place that listens and takes their time with me.

Now she's fully recovered and all was benign. DR YOUNG SAVED OUR DOG. they could have gave us ear drops and sent us on but he did proper health check while in and found it. Thank you

Amy, Linda, Diane, and everyone else involved were fantastic - highly energetic, passionate, and immediately made the boys feel comfortable. They learned so many things and came home each day with dozens of stories and facts. They learned to build enrichment devices for the animals in the hospital, talked to the veterinarian and got to "be" veterinarians and treat cases based on past patients. Of all the camps we've been to, this was the highest quality experience by far. I can't recommend it highly enough! Thanks to the entire team for all you do for the turtles and the community!

I was desperate to find a trainer that could work with my then 2 year old rottweiler, Remington. Having adopted him from an abusive owner, his temperament was less than stellar. I was determined to give him the best life possible and that needed to start with some comprehensive training and rehabilitation. ICNDF not only took on the challenge but excelled at giving my Remington a foundation that took him threw the remainder of his 14 years. Words can not express the gratitude I have for this facility! Remington was by far the most loyal and well trained pup I've ever had. His behavior was impeccable. I trusted this dog with my life, because he saved it twice!Well done ICNDF! I'm forever greatful.

The place is not in the crowded area.

After checking reviews and the menu, we thought this might just be the place for us. Good choice on our part. We got the 5-O and the KGB, along with the pretzel nuts and some kool-aid.
The sandwiches were on point. The honey mustard was not too sweet, but great on the pretzels. Noticed there are a couple near my hometown, will definitely be looking them up when I get back. If your sandwich people, you can't go wrong here.

I ate this twice during our trip. Also ordered a pop tart filled with raspberry and a homemade icing. Best pop tart I've ever had. The outdoor sitting area and away from the city vibes makes this a spot to relax with a cup of morning coffee and enjoy the many options of breakfast items. They also have açaí bowls, which were stated as being good. I couldn't pass up the croissant sandwich.

The people are SO caring and the place is very clean. He made a nice donation as did a couple other family members so support their good work. We appreciate what they do for all the animals who need help. If you're looking for a worthy place to help or make a donation, this is it.
