“Line was long and I only needed to drop a postage paid package off. A nice male employee on his way out to lunch perhaps assisted me and I didn't have to wait in the long line.”
“Great service and nice location. The female postal agent was super quick and helpful. This branch is dedicated to public service of George Bush and Marvin Runyon (I think). Worth reading about Runyon’s impact on the postal service, it’s a cool story!”
“Although this is a very small, tucked away Post Office satellite, they had two very nice ladies working late on a Friday night. Very polite and efficient. Highly recommend if you need to quickly ship a package or buy a box.”

“In my experience USPS hasn’t always been the most pleasant of tasks but this guy takes really good care of this location, and always has such a kind disposition. His happiness is contagious. When I walk in I can immediately smell he has been cleaning. He moves you in and out with ease. Everything is neat and meticulous. I bet you my bottom dollar he is a perfectionist and takes pride in everything he does. I’m sure he keeps busy all day long. I feel ashamed I don’t know his name by now. I’m shocked to see so few stars for this location. However, I can assure it’s because of the other employee who takes his place when he isn’t here!”
“I cannot say enough how JayAnd the staff goes out of thereWay to assist me. I have To give this diverse postal center, truck rental and gift shop the highest marks possible.Sincerely,Robert Trombetta.”
“Ty was really helpful and great. Made everything easy for me to understand and he helped out multiple people in the same manner while I was there filling out shipping information.”

“My favorite USPS branch, and I usually drive the few extra miles, because of the larger parking lot, easy in and out, rarely busy, nice and friendly postal agents, etc- An added plus is the Cobb County police precinct right across the street.”
“I was greeted promptly by Larry, who listened and did everything to understand my concerns.
He was professional throughout our conversation and I feel he “has my back” on the situation.
Thank you, Larry.”
“Idk what everyone expects from USPS but I’ve been shipping packages through this post office without any issues. And everyone saying the staff is rude…they really aren’t, they’re just doing their job. And most of the times are friendly, smiling and answer any questions. It’s not a premium service, hence you don’t pay UPS or FedEx Premiums. I’ve gotten money orders and other services and it’s all been fine.
If you have a problem with your post office, maybe speak to your state and county representatives, and don’t vote in people who aren’t interested in improving USPS for the public but privatize it for their own profits.”
“The last few postal office visits to other branches have been miserable, either a rude attendant or no help. Chris helped me out at this location today and was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind! I watched him interact and joke with multiple customers and he helped me with all my questions to make sure my package was mailed correctly. Thank you Chris!”
“I see a lot of negative reviews for this location. People needs to understand "Carrier Annex" is a neither a full service post office nor an extension, rather a sorting and distribution location for the main postal office of the delivery zone.
This location provides mail pick-up service with a limited number of parking spaces. I was able to pick-up my mails a few times from this location without any issues. There was no one to help sometimes and the people on the phone were neither friendly nor helpful. The people on the phone needs customer service coaching!”
“Great staff & one of the most efficient post offices I’ve visited in the last 5 years
The main lady in the front at the first desk always has everything she needs, she understands services, and willing to help everyone in the front and back end. Yes everyone can be curt there because the lines are long, and people don’t listen to instructions carefully, but they’re always smiling at this post office!!”

“In our efforts of tracking and retrieving a long lost package from overseas during the Christmas peak season, Ms Teresa went above and beyond in the whole process assisting us. Ms Teresa is sincere, kind and knowledgeable. She is a true trooper who demonstrates great customer service skills and a kindred spirit. She always has a great smile on her face, and is wonderful to work with. She tries to help everyone the best she could. We can’t thank her enough and we are so grateful to her for finding our package. She personally called us to inform us when the package was located. She is the best !”
“Kiosk in the front is pretty easy to use even to mail a big box. Line was long but the staff was doing her best. I’m thankful for USPS, it’s organized and efficient. If line is long just use the self service kiosk right by the entrance!”
“5 star only for the passport lady!
She was awesome, respectful, and so nice .
(Tall, blondie, I forgot ask the name)
We had the appointment at 10:30 , we arrived at 10:05 and other lady (with glasses and white hair) take us to attend then when we said it’s for passport she asked for the time , then she said yo need wait Sir , she is attending other appointments, we move out of the line and she said SIR YOU NEED GO OUTSIDE IN THE LOBBY SHE CALL YOU WHEN SHE FINISH! She was to rude
Sincerely you guys need more persons like the lady that process the passport”
“Yahanna did an outstanding job! She was very helpful and nice . She was the best associate there . All the other associates were not as helpful like here . Another associate there was rude to me and had a attitude! Thank God for Yahanna bc I would’ve left a bad review there .”
“Shubha is one of the best USPS attendant that I ever got service from - knowledgeable, efficient, warmhearted and joyful that gives you strong positive feeling resisting the declining world.”
