“Line was long and I only needed to drop a postage paid package off. A nice male employee on his way out to lunch perhaps assisted me and I didn't have to wait in the long line.”
“Dominick treated me and others with great patience and compassion. Ensured my package went to the correct destination as I had written the wrong address which was realized due to his concern and investigation on my behalf. Could not praise him more!”
“I have never been to a gas station PO before, and served by a gas station employee, but she was friendly, courteous and scanned my package and gave me a receipt. So I guess it works! I am just confused that a USPS office was staffed by someone wearing a CITGO shirt!”

“I stopped in as I had a package showing up as held by customer request. Turns out this usually happens when a package is misrouted. The woman that helped me went the extra mile checking for my package and then finding in the system that my package was actually out for delivery with the carrier. It all went well and she was very helpful.”
“I have always had good experiences with this post office, which is why I go here rather than the one in Dunwoody Village where the staff and customer service are horrible.”
“Lady Mo is amazing! My toddler and I had such a good experience here getting our passports (last name change and a passport for our little one). She was knowledgeable, made corrections where I made mistakes in my paperwork, gave us useful travel advice, We got our passports a few weeks later without an issue -- all thanks to her!”

“In my experience USPS hasn’t always been the most pleasant of tasks but this guy takes really good care of this location, and always has such a kind disposition. His happiness is contagious. When I walk in I can immediately smell he has been cleaning. He moves you in and out with ease. Everything is neat and meticulous. I bet you my bottom dollar he is a perfectionist and takes pride in everything he does. I’m sure he keeps busy all day long. I feel ashamed I don’t know his name by now. I’m shocked to see so few stars for this location. However, I can assure it’s because of the other employee who takes his place when he isn’t here!”
“Very nice people! The man who helped me makes nice conversation and seems to care about his customers. Very inaccurate rating right now. (Only the few people with bad experience come here it seems.)”
“I cannot say enough how JayAnd the staff goes out of thereWay to assist me. I have To give this diverse postal center, truck rental and gift shop the highest marks possible.Sincerely,Robert Trombetta.”
“This carrier Annex for USPS does accept mail during certain hours.
It’s also a place that people sometimes go to pick up mail that is being held.
Hours Monday-Friday 10a-4pm.
Unfortunately, the hours are not posted on the gate so when it’s closed, you can’t see the hours that they’re open.
There’s only a few parking spots, but usually that’s plenty.”
“i got a notification that my package was delivered but it wasn’t in my mailbox. thought i’d wait 2 days to see if it would come in thinking it might be a electronic error. 2 days passed but package didn’t arrive and i saw the reviews here and got worried so i went in person just to see if it might’ve been at the annex. one of the guys working the front was very polite and helped track my package. Turned out my package was misdelivered by the courier to a house further down my neighborhood. The usps guy let the courier know to retrieve it and deliver it the next day. Ended up getting it back by my neighbor later that day but wanted to put this here that the guy at usps was very kind and helpful even though it looked really busy. Shout out to the dude with green shirt and glasses!”
“People can be so rude I was in this post office Saturday July 18 to buy stamps the lady at the counter with the face covering explained to a guy four times about something the man was not understanding her the lady with the face covering asked the lady without the face covering a question the lady without the face covering politely explained to the guy that they are not allowed to do what he was asking the guy was mad and rude to the lady without the face covering and told her he don’t know why she talking to him he didn’t ask her anything the lady without the face covering was not rude at all she was just direct about not being able to do what he was asking apparently it was something neither lady could help with the lady without the face covering told him very nicely to contact customer service and have a good day he was so mad how the lady did not go back and forth he told her he will give her a bad review all cause she told him they are not allowed to write him a letter from the post office she politely excuse herself to help him which I didn’t mind he was so rude to the lady without the face covering when all she did was try to help him and get him to someone who could help him I feel so bad how he treated her I ask her name and told her I’m sorry she was so nice and polite and the guy was so rude I sure he gonna write a review and complain only because he couldn’t get what he wanted but the lady without the face covering was not rude to him he was very mean to her and she was stayed nice to him he had the bad attitude not the lady without the face covering she very nice”

“I wanted to recognize the excellent service from O'Brien at the Shell Station USPS located on Buford Hwy and Old Peachtree Road in Duluth, GA 30096. He went out of his way to offer help getting my package boxed and mailed. Thank you. Peggy”
“Kiosk in the front is pretty easy to use even to mail a big box. Line was long but the staff was doing her best. I’m thankful for USPS, it’s organized and efficient. If line is long just use the self service kiosk right by the entrance!”

“Ms.Melissa went above and beyond for me regarding a package that was read wrong in the computer. She needs a raise immediately because out of all the years .. She is one of the only associates that truly stands for integrity and great customer experience . So thankful for her and any company that she has/works for should value her. Great associates like her are hard to find as skills can be taught but character is internal.”
“USPS is so damn reliable, I don't why people have so little food to say about them.
I mailed some very important documents from the Alpharetta USPS, and it reached on time and intact.
The people in the Alpharetta USPS are friendly and helpful. I was attended by Subha. She explained me the options and recommended me the most reasonable option based on the value of the documents I was mailing.
Had a very good experience. Recommend USPS any day... And the Alpharetta office too ?”
