“I visited this storage facility last Friday to help a friend open his storage unit so movers could load a U-Haul box, and I was very impressed with the service. Will, the attendant, was extremely helpful—he had all the necessary documentation ready before I even arrived, walked me directly to the unit, pointed out where the dollies were located, and had the locks we needed ready to go. The building itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Everything was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful experience renting a Unit today. We were able to talk to Angela who is in their Regional office who facilitated a no-hassle rental over the phone. The facility is neat and clean and we were also asked if we needed further help by someone on the premises.
I feel the rate is reasonable and recommend the Maxwell Public Storage facility. I also like the app for the phone that appears to be well functioning and easy to use.”

“Everyone was very helpful at CubeSmart. The facility is new and nice. Automatic doors open to a climate controlled area housing the storage units. The building opens using a key pad with a password that’s specific to you for security. The facility also has a few rolling carts to help you with your move. I would highly recommend renting at this Cube Smart. So far, a super experience!”

“Was renting motorcycle trailer on Saturday. Overall is a good experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Trailer was in good condition, but I lubricated the hand tighten nut myself- wish this is something they could do before pickup.
The only issue - I really wish that you will be able to provide the trailer lock with rental. So if you return the trailer after the office close - you can simply put the lock on and drop the key to lock box.
Keeping the trailer for the night without a need just to wait for office to open is ridiculous!”
