“I give this Marshalls a five star because I had returned a pair of pumas without the tag on it and when I got to the register I handed Stephanie my receipt and I told her that the shoes had cost ten dollars more than I had quoted them, so, as Zarlast was printing out another tag to put back onto the returned shoes there came a discrepancy the tag label didn't match the price that I had given and Stephanie and Zarlast saved me $10.00 because of their honesty and good professional ethics. And the store does carry good merchandise and the staff are courteous and friendly.”

“Went in after Christmas to see if any merchandise would interest me since Christmas was 50% off. Bought several things in the morning, I had a wonderful employee named Tiffany who checked me out. Got home opened my one purchased item that was in a box to discover it was sadly broken even though it was in a box and secured by styrofoam. Went back in the afternoon since it was really busy in the morning in hopes of finding another one to exchange my broken one. I found another and Tiffany who helped check me out in the morning got to check me out again helping me exchange my item. She even helped me open the box to insure the new one wasn't broken either so I wouldn't drive all the way home with a possibly another broken item”

“I’m not a fan of clothes shopping; however when it comes to Kohls? I can spend 3 hours in there. I don’t know what I’d do without Kohls; they have everything I can possibly need in life clothes wise; from underwear to dressy casual to athletic clothing. Full shoe dept. Kitchen & electronics; bath and bedding; (like a mini BB& B in a sense) jewelry…purses; perfumes; some locations have ULTA inside. I encourage ALL to please shop @ their local Kohls & let’s make sure we keep this dept. store open; we NEED Kohls… Men/women/ teen/ kid/ toddler/newborn…they have it all honestly…in this age with all of the on line shopping and all of our dept stores closing one by one, i love knowing o have the option to go on try on clothes (ordering and sending things back if it doesn’t fit? Leads me to say that Kohls is also an Amazon drop off location to return packages) Highly recommend downloading Kohls app; they always have a minimum of 10-20% off happening it seems (Google if you don’t see it on their homepage) Nike & Columbia & Adidas etc.. sometimes don’t apply; but they carry it all. Last tip? If you are looking for affordable Kids Bday gifts; Kohls ALWAYS carries Books and stuffed animals for $5 (charity) near register; they have so many to choose from! ♥️”

“Shopped all around Perimeter Mall for men's dress shoes, with little success. As an infrequent shopper with little idea of what I wanted, all I saw were very opinionated styles that weren't going to do much for my grandmother's funeral.Von Maur felt different walking in. At first I was intimidated by how classy everything looked and felt, I was worried it was going to be too expensive. But I was greeted warmly and nonconfrontationally as I approached by Todd, who was very attentive to what I was looking for and very knowledgeable about the shoes in stock, on clearance, and in his own personal experience.He helped me find two comfortable pairs of shoes with great versatile styles, each for about half what I would expect to pay. I certainly didn't expect a place with a live piano player to have the least expensive shoes in the mall.Todd is a great salesman, but never made me feel pressured. At one point he brought out a new pair from the back, and I thought "here comes the upsell." But the pair he was bringing out were the cheapest in the store -- even he was surprised. He had just recommended them because he thought they were the right shoe for what I was looking for. Turns out he was right.It's a shame I do this kind of shopping so infrequently, because Todd himself is a real find. I couldn't find anyone in the store at that moment to praise him to, so here's a Google review. Thanks again”
“I was in and out quick. The guy working in ladies’ cosmetics section helped me with my purchase of Nexxus hair product and L’Oréal mascara. He was super busy and never smiled once. I was visiting my son in Lilburn and surprised to see a cosmetics section all locked up like Fort Knox. Never thought I would see the day when makeup and hair products have to be kept in a vault so customers won’t take them without paying. I’m 55 years old and stores sure have changed since I was a kid.”

Words cannot describe how nice and supportive the employees are there. This one employee there, named Rasheet (the one with the black hair and huge bouncing pecs), I could feel his calming presence before he even gave me his gaze. His strong, supportive figure helped me feel safe in the store. He helped me find anything I needed. One time, and wrongdoer entered the store and I ran all the way to Rasheet, because I knew he would protect everyone in that store if it came down to it. The clothes I buy are ten times more valuable because he graced them with his gentle touch. Please give him a raise, if he leaves, I will never come back”

“All I have to say is treat others how you want to be treated . I can tell this staff works their ahhss off . People tend to forget it’s the community and their children putting things in wrong places and tearing the store up . When I worked at family dollar on Indian creek I wished someone would rush me I wished someone would huff and puff at me . You not about to raise my blood pressure over someone else merchandise that I didn’t even create and not making a profit on . Best patiently wait in line like everyone else . But anyway , it’s always laughs and smiles when I go in there .”
