“I am recently getting back into running and bought a new pair of shoes here a few months back. They mentioned that if I have any issues with them, to bring them back in. I ran in them a couple of times, but they were bothering one of my feet. I came back to the store last week with the shoes in hand, and Chris did a fantastic job of finding a better shoe for me. Chris took the time to try a few shoes with me and examine how I run in them. Then, with extreme patience, he tracked me down in the system (my name was butchered in their system from the original purchase), so he could do an exchange on the shoes without me even having the receipt! I ran in the new shoes for the first time today, and they are night and day difference. I was extremely impressed with Chris' customer service and Big Peach's ability to stand behind the products they sell and make sure you get the right thing!”

“Customer Service here regardless of who is working is EVERYTHING!Usually, the lovely manager Ambria is working when I do by drop-ins with her engaging assistance. Which leads to a great team of associates exuding the same welcoming & helpful assistance. Assistance = not pointing in the direction yet escorting you to desired needs by offering input & such.I can't say enough of the constant sales & uber coupons that come just frequently enough & without your email account being inundated by marketing emails.I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale still have an affordable price point.Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Both sides of the store are in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around.We all could use a friendly smile & positive vibrations - & here you will get both while shopping for the little ones.”

“I usually shop during peak traffic hours 4- 6pm and have noticed most DSWs do not get that busy. This location has a wider selection than the Atlantic station store even though they're both big stores. At this store there’s a wider selection of clearance items and more sales people on the floor.Great customer service, shout out to Ashley.She was so knowledgeable about the Aetrex Orthopedic System and even guided me through the Scan.She did a full presentation and consultation it felt like she could be a podiatrist by reading the Scan and letting me know my arch in my right foot was in a different place than my left which is why it felt unusual when I tried out the insoles.I highly recommend Ashley if you have any orthopedic questions and best work sneakers.When it does become busy there are enough cashiers to help you check out. I only wish that they had carrying bags for when you do binge shoe shopping like I do.I love the fact you can hold items for 24 hrs if you can't decide. Of course she mentioned the orthopedic insoles come w/ a 90 day money back guarantee so I bought it anyway $90 for premium orthopedic insoles is still a great deal.”

“The owners are very nice. I went there yesterday and the new association tried to rush me and accused me of stealing. I've been supporting this business long before she started working here and I drive 45 minutes to come shop not to steal or be rushed when I was the only person left in the store. She was rude and had bad customer service. I hope they find another sales associate. This is the first time I've experienced this.”
