That tells me that this is a store with good leadership. Damn the extra expense, this is how you treat laborers, who will, in turn, treat customers in kind: with respect.”

““Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man” was playing in my head when I walked in here. A young guy named Joseph took his time and helped me find the exact Right exterior outlet from my home so I can attach Christmas lights and Halloween decorations to it. “I am a woodworker of sorts and frequent this Ace once or twice weekly. Excellent, did I say Excellent customer service. The rewards program is great too - always seem to have a coupon or reward dollars available on the app - makes it a little more competitive with the big boxes if you shop frequently. Note the prices are generally reasonable without the rewards and my experience with the Ace branded products has been good. They have a great selection and with very few exceptions I am saved a trip to the big box store and can get answers from the knowledgeable staff - Love this place! And especially like being able to support a local owner/family.”

“Great establishment to have. Friendly and helpful staff. I needed to get copy of couple keys. They made them very quick. Before here , I got 2 copy of keys at Kroger key machine. But they did not work. I got my refund back. It is good to have Ace hardware to get it done things quicker and correctly. Thank you.”

“I needed to ignite my water heater pilot, but the ignitor broke off. When I arrived, I found out I forgot my wallet. It was a 4 dollar product. I was about to drive back to grab my wallet. The staff told me don't worry about it and paid for it himself. From then on I got my plumbing supply exclusively there. This is the kind of mom and pop shop that serves the locals the best.”

“I am a novice Carpenter & just purchased my first Table Saw. Woodworking is expensive but so rewarding creating something with your own two hands. I purchased a crosscut sled off Amazon but sold by Peachtree. I looked at the purchase as an investment & I am glad I did. Sadly only after using it to create two projects it sustained water damage due to an inferior cover. I emailed Peachtree Woodworking Supply & got a very understanding customer service rep. I purchased a back fence to replace my damaged one for a very reasonable price & they shipped it the same day. I would not think twice about purchasing anything from them. They have great products & an even better customer service. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.”

“I do love going into a local Ace Hardware store. They've always got some of the coolest items that you just can't find at a big box store like home Depot and Lowe's. Certain types of screws and fasteners. This one I took one star off because of it being a smaller location that gives it a cramped inside. But otherwise the employees are all nice as can be and ready to help you whenever needed and never rush you out.”
