“I am not one to endorse big chain stores, but this particular harbor freight has the kindest people working there. Idk if he's the manager or the owner or what but I always see the same fella ready to help and being kind to customers beyond just friendly customer service. I'm no stranger to the hostile feeling of some hardware stores, especially the big chain ones, and don't feel any of that intensity here. I feel safe and enjoy coming in.”

“A good friend introduced me to this business a year ago. I have made several purchases since that time, and have recommended it to other purchasers. The staff is friendly, and the prices are fantastic!”

“I had such an outstanding experience at my local Ace Hardware in Chamblee that I felt compelled to share. The customer service, from Brian and the team is truly next level—every team member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t just point me in the right direction—they took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I left with the right solution. It’s rare to find that level of care and patience these days. They absolutely go above and beyond for their customers and other local businesses and it shows in every interaction. In my opinion, this is how customer service *should* be—professional, attentive, and truly invested in helping people. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming place with top-tier service. I’ll definitely be back for all my local needs.”

“As a small business owner, I would continue using them for all of my plumbing supply needs. They have products in stock, and prices are competitive to big box stores. The discounts are better for larger orders.”

“Ace Hardware in Crabapple is exactly what a hometown hardware store should be. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly employees who were genuinely happy to help. It didn’t matter whether I had a simple question or needed help finding the right products for my project—they took the time to listen, offer knowledgeable advice, and make sure I left with exactly what I needed. The store is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and stocked with an impressive selection of tools, hardware, lawn and garden supplies, grills, paint, and just about everything you could need for home improvement. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that combines the convenience of a local store with the inventory of a much larger retailer. What really stands out is the customer service. Every employee I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist without making me feel rushed. That level of personal attention is becoming harder to find these days, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll continue coming back. If you’re in the Crabapple area and need anything from a single screw to supplies for a major project, I highly recommend stopping by Ace Hardware. Great prices, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere make this one of the best hardware stores around. They’ve definitely earned my five-star rating, and I look forward to shopping here again!”

“Saturday, June 2026, I had a great experience at this Home Depot in the lumber section. I needed some wood cut, and it was gonna be a bit tedious because of the number of pieces that I needed cut, and a staff member by the name of Dave in the lumber section of the store assisted me and provided the best customer service any customer could receive. He did a great job for me taking care of getting the wood cut for me. He was very professional, very patient, was a joy to work with , and he represented that Home Depot very well. Because of him it was a great experience, and I will be happy to return and do more business there and tell others about the experience I had! Ken”

“The guys in the in the warehouse worked very hard. They’re in the sun for almost 10+ hours to make sure your customers have what they need to perform their duties with supplies. “I want to give a huge thank you to Andrew, Carolyn, and Marlynn at Home Depot for the incredible customer service they provided while helping us purchase a riding lawn mower for my dad. My dad is elderly and has cancer and dementia, and they treated him with such kindness, patience, and respect throughout the entire process. They never rushed him, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the right mower for his needs. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, these three reminded us that compassion still exists. They made what could have been a stressful experience into a wonderful one for our family. Thank you, Andrew, Carolyn, and Marlynn, for your professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. Home Depot is fortunate to have you on their team!”

“Great store, helpful staff and fair pricing. I called these guys up and they were quick and helpful. Dropped by about an hour later to exchange 2 welding cylinders. I’m just a hobbyist and I was glad to find a place that can help out the small hobby guys while also helping out larger scale customers, which they certainly seem capable of doing. I will be back for my future welding supply needs! Thanks!”
