“Love shopping here at this location the store is very well organized and nicely stocked, the employees are helpful. The line was long. I needed an item that I forgot I asked an individual by the name of Major, did they have any in stock? He confirmed that they did from what he know that they have inside the store I asked if he mined bringing me three boxes of them, He went and got it for me and that meant a lot versus me having to get out of line and get back behind 13 different individuals. Thanks again.”
“I have always loved Belk and their products. I’ve shopped them since I was a child with my mom and then when I had kids too. Now I buy for my grands there. Great store. The one in Hartwell needs a bathroom refresh for sure. But still a great store. I buy all my Este Lauder there.”

“After visiting a nearby Ross that sent my fight-or-flight response into overdrive and spiked my cortisol levels, stepping into this Marshalls was genuinely regulating.
The aisles were clear. The shelves were stocked. Shoes were on shelves like a civilized society intended. My shoulders dropped. My breathing slowed. My nervous system realized it was safe again.
This store didn’t just offer merchandise—it offered healing. Order. Space. Calm. I could browse without scanning for hazards or preparing to hurdle obstacles. It felt less like survival mode and more like retail therapy in its purest form.
If you need to lower your cortisol, re-enter your body, and remember that not all discount stores are chaos factories, come here immediately after a stressful shopping experience elsewhere.

Definitely going back to find out who assisted me (I was running off of no sleep and had to pick up last minute items while moving) and's they were beyond spectacular and helpful, even while it was storming. “Store was pretty clean. The staff isnt very helpful or friendly. They have a lot bigger of a selection because they are a pilot store so they get extra goods to showcase. Shelves are stocked and organized for the most part.”

“The automotive center was very fast, professional, and replaced and balanced my new tires very well. As a mechanic I am very picky and they did amazing work. Torque the bolts and re verified afterwords. Recommend to everyone trying to get a great deal on balance and installation”

“I visited the Jackson Hewitt stand located inside Walmart today and had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Tanji, and from the moment I walked in, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and making sure I understood everything before we wrapped up. I was in and out in no time, which I truly appreciated. You can tell Tanji genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. “I came around 11am on a Friday. Typical target layout. Finally self checkout here. I came a year ago and there was none. Starbucks in the front as soon as you come in off to the left. As well as the restrooms. The restrooms were clean. I love their makeup section layout. I couldn't find any plant based meat. The staff looks at you like you are dirty- that's normal. That's fine, I didn't come for a sense of community. Overall a great experience comes early to avoid the long lines.”

“Purchased a television actually went in to look. The young man that helped me was excellent, told him I didn't know much about TVs and needed guidance. He knew his product and explained quality and lighting. I decided to purchase because of his willingness and personality. Don't know his name but he was great, he also helped me bring to my truck. Amazed at his service level. Thanks Walmart for the great hire and training! Definitely will be back for any electronics needed.”
“I’ve seen many negative reviews for this location and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had a very pleasant experience. I visited on a Wednesday evening before Christmas around 6:30 PM and found some amazing deals—so many that I ended up going to find a shopping cart! This was actually my first time shopping at a Burlington, and I was genuinely impressed.
I was a bit nervous at checkout when the cashier station nearest the mall entrance was closed, but security redirected me to the opposite end of the store. Although the line curved quite a bit, they had five registers open and it moved surprisingly fast. My cashier was incredibly kind, which made the experience even better. She let me know of the best times to shop and the stores extend extended holiday hours.
I will definitely return to this location, especially when I have more time to explore the entire store!”

“A must for anyone with pets and other animals. Easy parking. Great help if you need it to load feed. I have gotten several bales of hay and the service was second to none. I was truly amazed at the inventory in house.”
