Don't like that I need to do things through an app but the gentleman assisted me through the purchase. I wanted to knock it to 4 stars cause of the app thing but the customer experience was so good I could not”

She helped me choose the correct phone and everything. I stopped at this location to pay my bill... Welp, guess who came out, JANET! I was tickled!
