“I initially rented a Nissan Armada. I soon realized that the previous renter had smoked in it and the residue was triggering an Asthma response. I took it right back to Enterprise. They were very accommodating and switched cars to an Audi which was definitely smoke free. Upon returning that car, a manager was dealing with a very problematic customer. “This company came in handy for an affordable last minute car rental when I needed it the most. After a terrible unfortunate experience with Hertz & then AVIS. I was left basically stranded in an Avis Parking lot after spending $50 on an Uber to get there. I found this company and spoke to a gentleman named Leon. He was so understanding to my situation, he even offered to pick me up and take me to the Rental Location. Once at the place within 30 minutes i was given the keys to a nice up to date Nissan. The car was very clean and worked wonderfully. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

So I tried my luck & booked a rental 20 mins in advance of pick up. I got to the budget @ about 105pm I booked @ 1240pm for a 100pm pick up when I got there I was told we have no cars!! “My first booking experience started off ruff due to someone having the same 1st and last name being on the no rent list. I had to go home and bring back a second form of identification( I live 8 minutes away so I was upset) after verifying it wasn't me I was able to get my rental and Jasmine even surprised me with an upgrade! “I recently rented a car, ELANTRA, from this location to go on a retreat from my home in Georgia to North Carolina. Budget had the best prices for someone with limited income. The online rental process was easy to accomplish for someone of the elder-age, the pickup process was very smooth, the representatives were nice and knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. I got the same great service when I returned my car plus my deposit was refunded quickly.

“I rented a Toyota Corolla for a trip to the beach. The car drove fine until we hit 60-70 miles on the hwy. The tires were vibrating and the ride was very bumpy. My son stopped and put air in the tires and it was better. Still vibrating, but not like before. I reported this to the Enterprise location we picked up from. We got several calls back from them. They said it had just been serviced, but said we could take it to any location for another vehicle. We didn't have time for all that. It only did it on the highway. When we returned they apologized and gave us a nice credit on the rental. We felt that was gracious and acceptable. The customer service was very good.”
