They handled each customer with the most respect and swiftly!The energy in the store was very strong and lovely!!! Every associate was amazing but Rachel was the one who sold me on T Mobile. I feel this place is pretty well managed compared to the idiot at Acworth who put my kid in charge of the account. Thanks to Emani I was all set!”

“Alexis Williams was perhaps the most remarkable retail associate that we have encountered anywhere in Georgia in recent years. Alexis was patient with us, attentively listened to our needs, exhibited outstanding communication skills, and masterfully resolved our complex cell phone issue with great ease. The strange thing that I noticed was that written on Alexis' name tag was "Trainee". Without a doubt, the tag should have read "Trainer" because Alexis was quite knowledgable in the offerings of Xfinity products and services. As a result of Alexis' personable and friendly customer service, I will be returning next month for additional Xfiniity services.... One more thing. I returned to the store the following day because I could not figure out certain phone settings. I was greeted warmly by Kenyatta. Although she was suffering from seasonal allergies due to the high pollen count, she was able to tackle my issue successfully in record time. She was polite, courteous and very knowledgable. I really appreciate Kenyatta and Alexis. They each have a passson to give the best customer service possible and are a credit to the Comcast family.”

“Shaun was/is the best, A+I was very upset with an issue and was ready to shut down my account with Xfinity! Shaun engaged me as soon as my girlfriend and I walked into the store, was ready and willing to help me immediately. He was just finishing up with another customer, came over a few minutes later, and took care of my issue which wasn't a quick fix. He explained to me what was needed to address my needs with accounts department and even dialed customer support for me to push the process along. My issue was resolved a short time after that. While helping me, he still found time to greet other customers that just arrived into the business.Shaun is the embodiment of what true customer service should represent. He was: friendly, had a smile on his face, knowledgeable, eager to help, outgoing in his service to solve the issues, sociable with a substantive conversation, honest and truly wanted to make our experience there a happy one. I felt at ease the entire time, I wasn’t pushed to purchase more than what I needed. He was polite to my girlfriend and shared some great similarities since they are both from Queens, NY. Again, we only found this out because he was so engaging with us with a great conversation.I hope Mr. Xfinity sees this review and understands that they have a great employee working for them who is actually trying to keep customers happy with the business; had it not been for Shaun, I was about to walk out and go with another provider due to my frustration. “Purchased a iPhone 15 yesterday and had a great experience! Jamal, who happened to be the manager was the best! He was insightful, gave me the best advice about which phone I needed based on my usage, he didn't try to sell me the most expensive phone in the store. I really appreciate his honesty! The store had around 30 people in it, I felt like I was the only person there. He made my experience so seamless! Would definitely recommend the Austell T-Mobile to anyone.”
