I’m someone who normally never shops in stores — I do everything online — but I had such a great experience at this AT&T location thanks to the store manager Eric B that I felt compelled to leave this review.
From the moment I walked in, Eric was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right phone and internet plan without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out was how hands-on he was with the setup — he made sure my new phone was fully activated, transferred all my data, and even double-checked that my internet was ready to go before I left.
I walked out with everything working perfectly and zero stress, which is rare for me when dealing with tech. If more people operated the way Eric does, I’d shop in person a lot more often. AT&T is lucky to have him.

“The service I received at CPR was exceptional, Quick And a very professional. I came in thinking that I needed it. My iPhone screen replaced when really all it was was that I needed my privacy screen cover replaced. The agent who assisted me could have been dishonest and replaced what I came in for, but instead, he told me it was only my privacy screen cover that needed to replaced. I was offered a new one and I bought it. Because of his good character, it saves me a lot of money. So if you’re ever in the Stonecrest Mall area, and need something for your phone go to CPR right outside of Macy’s. And stop in they will take care of you.”
