“I have lived in Gulf Terrance in East Hill for 31 years. We had a fantastic mall carrier,Tina, for many many years. Always had great service from Tina. I was skeptical when she retired, worryingly about her replacement. I wanted to say that Tina's replacement, Zena, picked up the reins and carried on in grand style. She is as dedicated and precise as Tina was. We have been lucky to get Zena as our carrier. Always pleasant and helpful.”
“USPS is so damn reliable, I don't why people have so little food to say about them.
I mailed some very important documents from the Alpharetta USPS, and it reached on time and intact.
The people in the Alpharetta USPS are friendly and helpful. I was attended by Subha. She explained me the options and recommended me the most reasonable option based on the value of the documents I was mailing.
Had a very good experience. Recommend USPS any day... And the Alpharetta office too ?”
“Payton McKiver was a pleasure to work with. Prompt, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even replaced a screw in a ceiling vent. Totally, above and beyond.”
“Was there to send a package by priority mail -- only $13 for two-day delivery with tracking, as opposed to $40 that other places charge. They are a little gruff and don't roll a red carpet for you, but the price of their service will put a smile on your face. No wait on Friday late morning.”
“Lance was helping out a couple of older ladies, being very attentive and respectfully funny with them. His attitude brightened up the room, definitely made me glad that I chose this branch at this time to drop by. A+ for service!”
“Line was long and I only needed to drop a postage paid package off. A nice male employee on his way out to lunch perhaps assisted me and I didn't have to wait in the long line.”
“I was in there today and the clerk's kindness ment soooo much. I'm in a fog with my father's recent passing 2 yrs around the same time as my brother has been very difficult. Her kind gesture was beautiful and I wanted to publicly thank her again!!”
“Staff was great! I have never mailed a package in my life and the employee was so helpful! I had no idea what I needed to do and she helped me choose the appropriate box size and correct shipping time.”

“I had to get my passport done for my daughter and I was a late by a few minutes, Soney was kind enough to accommodate us and the whole process for only 15 mins including taking a picture.
It's the fastest I have experienced since a long time. Loved it.”
“I have always had good experiences with this post office, which is why I go here rather than the one in Dunwoody Village where the staff and customer service are horrible.”
“I’m not sure what happened, because this post office didn’t used to be very good. However, the last couple of times that I’ve been in I’ve had wonderful experiences. The staff has been super friendly and very helpful. Just wanted to say thanks for the great service and I look forward to visiting This post office again soon.”
“This location is the best! The employees are fast and knowledgeable. I had to ship some posters and they helped me get just the right box and just the right shipping options. Tam is incredibly friendly and kind and answered all my (many) questions!”
“Very nice people! The man who helped me makes nice conversation and seems to care about his customers. Very inaccurate rating right now. (Only the few people with bad experience come here it seems.)”

“I have been using this location for many years and yes sometimes there are back logs to the counter but usually during lunch hours . The two people who presently working there are very professional and goes the extra mile to assist you . I see customers showing up and are not prepared correctly to mail something but they are treated well and given the opportunity to correct whatever and get their stuff mailed . This takes a lot of patience on the associates there. I give the PO a 100% rating . Their front should swing in vice out due to some customers carrying a load to mail.”
“I love this location. Everyone who works here has been so pleasant. Especially Sam. There is part of me that wants to gate keep this location, so that the line won't be so long..... But a friendly post office is a hard thing to find in this city.”

“I wanted to recognize the excellent service from O'Brien at the Shell Station USPS located on Buford Hwy and Old Peachtree Road in Duluth, GA 30096. He went out of his way to offer help getting my package boxed and mailed. Thank you. Peggy”
“This carrier Annex for USPS does accept mail during certain hours.
It’s also a place that people sometimes go to pick up mail that is being held.
Hours Monday-Friday 10a-4pm.
Unfortunately, the hours are not posted on the gate so when it’s closed, you can’t see the hours that they’re open.
There’s only a few parking spots, but usually that’s plenty.”
“People can be so rude I was in this post office Saturday July 18 to buy stamps the lady at the counter with the face covering explained to a guy four times about something the man was not understanding her the lady with the face covering asked the lady without the face covering a question the lady without the face covering politely explained to the guy that they are not allowed to do what he was asking the guy was mad and rude to the lady without the face covering and told her he don’t know why she talking to him he didn’t ask her anything the lady without the face covering was not rude at all she was just direct about not being able to do what he was asking apparently it was something neither lady could help with the lady without the face covering told him very nicely to contact customer service and have a good day he was so mad how the lady did not go back and forth he told her he will give her a bad review all cause she told him they are not allowed to write him a letter from the post office she politely excuse herself to help him which I didn’t mind he was so rude to the lady without the face covering when all she did was try to help him and get him to someone who could help him I feel so bad how he treated her I ask her name and told her I’m sorry she was so nice and polite and the guy was so rude I sure he gonna write a review and complain only because he couldn’t get what he wanted but the lady without the face covering was not rude to him he was very mean to her and she was stayed nice to him he had the bad attitude not the lady without the face covering she very nice”

“Kiosk in the front is pretty easy to use even to mail a big box. Line was long but the staff was doing her best. I’m thankful for USPS, it’s organized and efficient. If line is long just use the self service kiosk right by the entrance!”

“I’ve had a relationship with this Post Office for several years. Sure, mistakes get made (like they do literally everywhere). Anytime I have had to bring anything up to them, they have been courteous and helpful. Just recently, a gentleman with a beard and a northeastern accent went above and beyond to help me locate a package that another post office had misplaced.”

“I went to apply for my child's passport.
I do admit that there is only 1 person dealing with passports, however, I wanted to give a shout out to Ms. Hattie, who was very friendly and hilarious ?.”
“This five star review is only for the employee Kel. He went out of his way calling all stores around to help us find specific stamps for our save the dates that were magnets. He wanted to make sure they had them before we drove to each location which saved us time and headache.
While waiting, he helped another woman who was turned away from two other locations to help print a receipt that she lost for a package two weeks ago. He was the only person at the front desk managing the growing line on a Saturday.”
“Ms.Melissa went above and beyond for me regarding a package that was read wrong in the computer. She needs a raise immediately because out of all the years .. She is one of the only associates that truly stands for integrity and great customer experience . So thankful for her and any company that she has/works for should value her. Great associates like her are hard to find as skills can be taught but character is internal.”

“Very nice teller assisted me choosing the right delivery option for a very important letter. On the way out, she reminded me to take a photo of my receipt to keep my tracking number. The receipts are heat sensitive and the print might disappear! So thoughtful.”
“Kim helped me so much today!! She was an answer to my prayers and blessed me so much by helping me to obtain the correct amount of postage for my daughter’s wedding invitation!! I’m so thankful for Kim and Mo at the USPS Spalding Dr. These ladies know what they’re doing and know how to solve a problem effectively and efficiently!!”
