“I went to a tmobile store at Arbor mall for help with my phone. There were 3 employees in the store that did nothing to help me. They didn't even try so I went to the sore on hywy 5 # 5522 and immediately as I walked in the store I was greeted by a couple of very pleasant employees whom I now know to be Selecia G. and Richard the manager. They were so attentive, knowledgeable and patient as I am a senior citizen and can't always maneuver some of these newer phones. Selecia G. stayed with me the whole time without getting discouraged or impatient. When I left there I was so pleased and satisfied and the reasons for my going into the store were solved. I recommend anyone that may have any questions or concerns concerning their devices to go to this location and you won't be disappointed. Thanks and on the other hand avoid the location in Arbor mall, Douglasville.”
“Great customer experience. The gentleman that helped me and my wife was knowledgeable and patience as my wife looked over the phones. Don't like that I need to do things through an app but the gentleman assisted me through the purchase. I wanted to knock it to 4 stars cause of the app thing but the customer experience was so good I could not”

“I think this is the nicest spot for our neighborhood in Marietta/Austell. The lamb chops were delicious and that 5.00 drink had me right!! I didn’t have to snap a picture cause this place speaks volumes about the food, service and atmosphere. I will return back to this place.. I loved it!!”

“I have had nothing but great experiences with this store. No matter what I come in wanting to do, they immediately greet me and ask how they can help. I've never had an issue that they weren't able to solve. Shout out Devin for helping us with our new phones, and even following up days later to make sure everything went well. A lot of internet/phone issues require patience, and I think that's the only reason people have rated them anything less than a 4 in the past.”
