“Picked up my new laptop from here. I did my research and found they had the laptop I wanted in stock. The salesman tried to sell me on their insurance plan, but I find those to be a scam after working at Sears some years back. Loss of a star due to pressure to sell the plan more than a few times. Good place to get electronics; just do your research first.”

Naturally, I returned to GIM to specify my friend's new PC. GIM is always very helpful with specifying the best components for the needs of the user. They don't do a one fits all solution. They are excellent with customer service and took the time to help me choose the right combination for long-term use. My friend is super happy with the system they built. I can't imagine ever buying a new PC and getting one serviced anyplace else but GIM.”

Also if I need my computer issues addressed, I always call Julie, who is very humble, and very professional, and she does what she says she will do. She doesn't overcomplicate things, but it's professional and completes the work in a timely manner. Give them a call, or visit the store, I'm sure they can help you out with your technical issues.”
“Go to Delta Computers if you want excellent service on every level. I moved an hour away and still drive to Doraville to purchase equipment and procur service, maintenance and/or problem solving, on my computer. Knowing how technologically challenged I am they took the time to connect my new,second monitor to give me a training of how to use it most efficiently (just as they have with the other 10 items I have purchased from them over the years). I misinformed Jalal about my connections and came home with the wrong cable, MY FAULT NOT HIS. I took the trip again the very next day because I knew he would make it right and he did that and more. There are plenty of computer stores near me but I know I will get great equipment, excellent computer service when I need it, and professional, friendly, and patient attention; I wouldn't take a chance with anyone else, been there done that. Zapher, Jalal, and Nick are thorough and timely in their attention on behalf of their customers. If you want a computer store you can count on for all of your computer needs at a fair and reasonable price you want to go to Delta Computers!”

I had a 16:45 appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. I still waited 30 minutes before speaking with support staff.
You can walk-in without an appointment, but it may take a couple of hours before you speak with support tech.”
