“I like useing United Community bank, especially in comparison to others I've used. The only major problem that I have found is that the ATMs at every location don't take deposits. It's hard to make it to the bank throughout a work week and now they close on Saturdays.
If you work a construction job or any job that requires crazy hours like that, I would suggest trying elsewhere.
This would be a 5 star review if not for that.”
“Whenever I go to the Monroe, GA branch I feel welcomed. The professionalism and customer service is awesome. About three weeks ago I went to withdraw some money from my savings account, but had forgotten my ID when I changed purses. The teller was still able to assist me by looking up my identification in the system. I was blown away with this extra effort on her part. This is just one example of the wonderful customer service that I have received at this branch.This is not to say that other branches and loan officers are not just as great!! I have never had bad service at any of the branches that I have visited. This also includes working with loan officers over the telephone. Keep up the amazing work PSCU!!!”
“Pinnacle Bank of Georgia still offers that “small town” banking feeling. Very nice people who remember your name and are eager to help you in any way. They offer the same services as the big banks without hassles and at lower costs. If the Andy Griffith show was around today, this would be the bank in the show.”
