Additionally, banker Althea was very helpful with a complicated account, and she followed up on all my questions. I had a similar experience with a different branch. I'm very happy I found UCBI... a completely different approach than the big banks. As opposed to the big banks, it's nice to be treated like a valued customer!”
“I like useing United Community bank, especially in comparison to others I've used. The only major problem that I have found is that the ATMs at every location don't take deposits. It's hard to make it to the bank throughout a work week and now they close on Saturdays.
If you work a construction job or any job that requires crazy hours like that, I would suggest trying elsewhere.
This would be a 5 star review if not for that.”

This bank gives you the “small town” banking experience where they all know your name when you walk in, while still providing you all the services and benefits that a larger bank could provide.
