“I'd like to address these comments about Chynna to the owner. Concerning the negative reviews, I've been a customer of Sprint and now Tmobile for more than 15 years and I've been to this store multiple times with issues. I've always been taken care of by the staff. I can't remember the young ladys name(she'll know who she is) that fixed a recurring billing of $20 dollars that for years sprint and tmobile could not remove from my bill, she fixed it in 5 minutes.
Today at my office AT&T came by to check our fiber internet. I was offered a great deal on a business cell plan that would save $80 a month and pay off the $600+ balance on my phone. Like everyone i'm trying to cut costs so I decided to take it, without any fault to Tmobile. AT&T ported my number but was unable to activate service because my phone was locked, i owed money on it. The manager was fixing to leave my office and I noticed I had no service(because the my service was closed at Tmobile). He was unable to fix the problem with AT&T customer service so I came to the Tmobile store.
I explained to Chynna what was going on and even though I was probably a difficult customer to deal with, she remained patient and absolutely professional while we spent a considerable amount of time dealing with the trainwreck customer service at AT&T, who were unable to solve the problem and port my number back to Tmobile. My phone is heavily used in our courier business to communicate with our accounts, obviously this was a major issue for me. Chynna went well beyond what she needed to do to help me all the while she still greeted every customer that walked in while we sat at the table dealing with customer service at AT&T. I also made the situation more difficult because I don't have my password to the original email that I set the account up with Sprint more than a decade ago. Long story short Chynna came up with a solution by speaking extensively with Tmobile customer service whom eventually were able to get me another line on my account and get my phone working. I truly appreciate how Chynna patiently supported me for at least 90 minutes while we slowly came to the temporary solution. I'm still trying to get my number back from AT&T and will remain with Tmobile and try to find a more cost effective cell plan for my needs.
Chynna would have been well within her lane to tell me that there was nothing else she could do(which would have been correct because this was not a Tmobile problem) but she didn't give up and she solved my problem. Thank you Chynna.”

She has the perfect attitude to customer care. She will help you THOROUGHLY until your problem is resolved. That is rare in the world where people just want to do the minimum. I can't recommend this branch enough, and if Boost has any sense, they will promote the manager Lily to a corporate leadership position in customer care. Seriously.”

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Boost Mobile store on Buford Hwy truly deserves it. Most phone stores I’ve dealt with in the past have been rude, rushed, and careless, but this location stands head and shoulders above the rest.
The staff here are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. They even patiently waited while I took a long time getting my bank info together—never once making me feel rushed or like a burden. On top of that, they kept things light with humor, which made the whole process surprisingly pleasant.
When I came back later to make my purchase, he even acknowledged me right away. That level of attention and respect is rare these days, and I was honestly impressed given the customer service climate today.
They also went above and beyond by sharing quality tips on using and caring for my phone—something you rarely get anywhere else. The difference in service here compared to other stores is night and day. Honestly, I don’t see myself going anywhere else for my phone needs again.
If you’ve had bad experiences at other locations like I have, do yourself a favor and come here—you’ll see the difference immediately.”
