I had been to other locations and was told to call customer service then called customer service and was told to go into a store. So finally I tried again and Jay took care of it he for one knew what I was talking about and applied for the program for me . I left feeling thankful because as a single mom of a teenage boy times are tuff but this makes it a little easier on my pockets and comfortable knowing my son and I can communicate without money being a barrier.
