“The best Chase bank ever is this 17th ST location has the best friendly bank staff Justin, Shelly and Terry and manager Nicole takes the time to help with Chase bank customer' problems they truly care. this Chase Bank is like Star Wars a gate comes down when it closes. and the only bank open on Saturdays too is great! and dog friendly. also the only bank doors close at private meetings! most banks the bankers are in open cubicle is not safe not private. Came In to discover what kind of nightmare I was facing with removing him and adding me to her accounts when I don’t bank here. Irene was so pleasant and worked so hard and was so persistent and made several calls and after a lengthy process she was able to jump through all the necessary hoops to get it taken care of and I was able to Remove the deceased, and add myself same day. Was fully expecting to be sent away multiple times and this being a very lengthy painful process with multiple trips like everything seems to be these days.
