I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. The reason for my visit on Feb 28:
Feb 27 I received a text informing me my phone plan didn’t renew on time. I thought I had been on auto pay for months.
I explained to Maria Ailyn my situation. Also, a few hours before my visit I discovered my phone had been turned off. I then showed her all the text messages re the previous months confirming payment was successful.
Please know that whatever date I attempted to set up “Auto Pay” I sincerely I believed I had done correctly.
It’s obviously an error on my part which caused this misunderstanding — I apologize.
Re Maria Ailyn never implied any fault.
Her interaction with me I felt was beyond impressive. She obviously realized my limited knowledge re cell phones.

Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? How do yal expect people to go 3-5 days without a phone? Seriously!! Ridiculous really!! Anyways, Thank-you kanoe...Exceptional Customer Service.

Do not use the Samsung A series to port your number over from TM to boost. Better to buy or finance a cell phone from boost. Which I am doing because I have no other choice. The plans are the best for cell service TM doesn't have enough Towers in the Southside of EWB.”
