“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. I had a great experience here!”

Patrick Ryan received me, I am not good at English, so we basically communicated through mobile translation software. “The service from the first step you take when entering Upnext Wireless is excellent! The owner and CEO Mr. Winson Yu greets you upon entering the store. He asks if need any assistance or that he'll be right with you in a moment. I always get good anytime I go to this store. The ambience is nice and welcoming. There is so much stock and merchandise for whatever you need. The prices of his merchandise are very reasonable. Plus he has so much variety of products available for what you might need for your cellular product(s). I highly recommend this store for any of your cellular, and accessory needs. I will definitely will be back to this store again.”

“Free stuff on T-Mobile Tuesdays!!! If you are a T-Mobile customer, check your T-Mobile Tuesday app every Tuesday and see what kinds of deals (smoothies, Crazy Bread, Whoppers, etc.) and free schwag (backpack, socks, umbrella, etc.) you can get! Today, 5-9-23, we can get a black fabric cap with a red, white, and blue T-Mobile Tuesday decal! The cap will be useful because it's really sunny in Hawaii! The fabric is breathable and washable! I'm looking forward to making good use of it! This location of T-Mobile is at the Kamehameha Shopping Center. I appreciate the shared covered parking lot. It's convenient to have Times Supermarket, Longs, Honu Bakery, Pizza Hut, and Starbucks nearby! Located between Jeans Warehouse and Baskin-Robbins, the cool shop is efficient, clean, and organized. There was a friendly worker outside - on the shaded sidewalk. She greeted customers and helped them retrieve their caps! She also offered us free watches and tablets for signing up for different promotions. Overall, this is a great place for your communication needs!”

“I have the simple choice plan which is obsolete. I added a line where an unfortunate mistake happened. Rep moved my unlimited data plan to SC 6GB quota for $15. So previously I was paying 10 dollars for unlimited data. I noticed this error when my internet was getting throttled. Called customer service and they did me good. My plan is back to unlimited but limited tethering. They have me as customer forever.”
“It's Tuesday... Along with having errands in this area thought it would be the perfect location and hop that they have the item that's featured this week. Yes this is in regarding the item they offered and it was Sunglasses with eclipse lenses how cool is that! With the upcoming partial eclipse on April 8th this will certainly come in handy and now am excited to get up early to hopefully get a good view of it. This Kahala Mall location was actually the initial place that I got my first smartphone after a recommendation from a friend and used to be located on the outside upper level which now is relocated inside near CPK. Without fail I get an instant greet upon entering regardless if they're helping someone knowing that you're acknowledged is comforting though assuming was asked if I was here for the sunglasses which I was and was quickly on my way. In the past when they didn't have the item they were so nice to find out for me where might still have it which is typical service I always get at T-Mobile and which is why I'm still with since day one. “This T- mobile store was bright,clean and modern. I came in for a very specific reason. I asked for the manager to assist me with my mobile device dilemma . Though she was unable to help me with my mobile needs, she gave me good advice on how to achieve my goals. If only I could remember her name because she certainly earned 5 stars. She was very knowledgeable and professional . I told her I was NOT a fan of T- Mobile customer service,and she informed me that ALL service based companies have gone A.I or send incoming customer service calls to the Philippines or South Africa. Sign of the times. Also very important fact is that this store is a corporate store vs. a T- Mobile retail authorized agent.”

“They have weird hours. Went there a few times and they were closed. Call ahead so you won't be disappointed.Updated review 02.27.2023. Make sure to show up way before 3pm for service. Doors close at 3pm. Have been dealing with Alex for over 5+ years and he is very honest , straight forward, patient and personable. Stood in line and saw crazy people with sob stories in there. Don't try and pull any BS with him, he ain't got no time for any Bu115h;+. Be nice and he will be nice back. Alex deals with a lot of customers that have bad credit, no credit or elderly old school Chinese speaking. Compared to ATnT, Verizon, Sprint , etc will not even talk to you if your credit does not qualify.If you are difficult, walking sad story, manipulative, crazy coocoo ka choo please do not seek him out. He is much too busy for that trash. No offense.5 golden stars for Alex, hang in there dude!”
“Waiting "area" at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Hawaii... There used to be a cell phone "parking lot", but now, it's just a strip of curbing where family and friends can wait to pick up family and friends from the formerly named Honolulu International Airport. I guess I haven't used this waiting area recently. I usually leave for the airport at the arrival time of the flight. By the time I get to the airport, the person has already collected their luggage at the carousel and is on the sidewalk. They just have to tell me the pillar number that's next to them. Note: currently, Terminal 1 is Hawaiian Airlines and Terminal 2 is basically everyone else except Mokulele Airlines. Also: For Terminal 1 Arrivals area, International flights are first and United Airlines is at the end - about pillar number 61. Welcome to the Aloha State!”
