“Indian creek has been in the paintball scene forever. They made some of the best guns in the business and they still do. The people at the shop are nice have always helped out with old markers. They still make pump makers but I can't speak for them.”
“At about 3:30 on August 8th. I went in the Nike outlet. I have to work 2 jobs on my feet, about 75 hours per week in order to take care of the people in my life that are unable to take care of themselves. I have to wear crappy non-slip shoes at my job, they get very dirty and are uncomfortable. Nike's are the most comfortable shoes for me to wear during the small amount of spare time i have. After talking with the sales staff in the try-on area they helped me find the best Nikes for my situation. They were also very polite and personable. It felt like they had a real interest in helping me with this particular aspect of my life as well as a genuine concern for my well-being due to the fact that i spend such long periods of time on my feet. I actually bought 2 pairs because the shoes they helped me select were so comfortable. Best customer service experience I have had in months!”

“Went in for a simple tire repair and had an amazing experience. The guys at the bike store got my kid’s bike repaired, same day. Their levity and helpfulness was great.
While I waited, I browsed the camping gear and the gentleman that helped me was very patient, knowledgeable, and able to point me in the right direction to get the best gear for my needs.
I would happily spend a million dollars there if I could. They have so many nice items that make the outdoor experience better.

I am astounded by the level of customer service from this location and company. I email asking for any way to just exchange the hat, and they were quick to help. I was able to exchange this item and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Most places wouldn't have even responded to the email, let alone accommodate me.
