“My whole experience with sparklight so far has been great, from the first initial phone call inquiring about internet service to the appointment set up and installation. My service tech was early and called me and waited the few minutes for me to get there, he was friendly and professional. So far we have had no issues with our internet!”

They even handled the DISH bureaucracy for me, and I’m very happy with the upgrade. They also successfully installed my Starlink satellite dish. “I have never had this great of customer service before! I had a tech walk me through how to extend my service to outbuildings and had it all setup and running smoothy in just a few days. I called tech support about spotty connectivity in the mornings about 2 weeks later, they gave me some tips and then 2 days later the tech showed up just to make sure everything was working well and show me what adjustments I can make if the issue ever happens again. Shout out to Wyatt my onsite tech support!! I love this company and the amazing internet speeds I'm able to get especially being so far off the beaten path!”

“McGwire Allen was a man of his word with our new Dish installation. We got everything we needed cheaper than expected. He was professional and not pushy or arrogant. Very easy to work with. We are very happy with Dish installation. Christian the installer worked to find a loose wire in my home to fix it. Direct tv never did that for me. They charged me extra for wireless routers”
“Took my daughter First to AT&T to upgrade to an iPhone 17 pro max she was on her Grandma's plan and wanted to be on her own. They did not greet us or say I'll be with you in a few, nothing. They told her she couldn't without her Grandma there who is out of town. A little birdie told us to go elsewhere so we went to T mobile. The store was clean, bright they greeted us right away. Very helpful and my daughter got her new phone. Tmobile has many perks for discounts.”

“I came in yesterday about 30 minutes till close to drop off a phone for a trade in. There was a little wait and they weren’t able to help me until after store hours. I could tell both men weren’t rushing any of their customers when they easily could have been in a hurry to get home themselves. Schuyler ended up helping me, he’s awesome. I appreciate the awesome customer service and willingness to answer any questions. My mom and I were in about a month ago with another representative who was also very kind and looking to get us the best possible deal. Awesome team there. Thank you guys!”

“We have had a wonderful experience with TDS Fiber. We signed up when they had a great deal under $40/mo. We have previously had Sparklight and CenturyLink previously. In the almost year we have been with this company, we have not had a SINGLE outage, even during winter storms. I work from home and am constantly on video conferences. My internet is always fast. We have had one occasion where our internet was blinking red and when I called to get it fixed, they answered in 5 mins and fixed the problem right there.”
“Today, I turned off my iPhone 16 and it would not turn back on. I tried everything I could do after googling the issue. I took it to the Verizon store on State Street near Eagle. “I don’t give 5 stars, because nothing is perfect. But I will say we’ve had nothing but GREAT service from this place. Changing, upgrading, or switching carriers is never a smooth process. But saying this, Colby and Jordan made OUR process much easier. We had multiple problems in changing phones, carriers, etc, but with the help of these two guys, it made our process much easier. I have no reservations about going back in the future and asking for help.”
