No one spoke to me as I walked in nor did they offer to help me. I stood there 15 minutes with no acknowledgment so I left.
Hudson was excellent with customer service. Store manager Jeremiah was also there and also helped me a week later. He is excellent as well.”

I run my husband's business, basically, through my phone and I broke it the night before. I came in shortly after opening and was on my way back home in less than an hour. Christian was extremely informative and gave me great instructions on how to do my transfer from home. In the past, it's taken hours to get a new phone and I was expecting that, but pleasantly surprised that I was done and out the door with my new phone and a watch being shipped to me. “Convenient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, attentive. Little to no wait service. Quick to provide after the sale service. Been going to this shop for years now. This location is my first choice for phone information and help. Have never been let down. Customer service and satisfaction by the Cricket staff appears a priority within the Cricket policy guidelines the staff work within. Cricket is my favorite carrier. They have several plans and use the AT&T cell towers so coverage is huge with lots of services. So far, Idaho City, parts of the Missouri Ozarks, and areas of Nebraska are the only dead zones that I have experienced and Cricket said that the Idaho City dead zone should go away soon. I swapped from Verizon years ago and kept my phone number, got much better service, reliability, value, and satisfaction with Cricket. I recommend Cricket to everyone looking for a new cell phone company. I was with Verizon for over 20 years and wished that I had known more about Cricket and swapped way beforehand. I only look back to ask why I had not swapped from Verizon years before? When travelling with my Cricket phone service, I often run Google directions, talk on the phone and stream Internet radio simultaneously that Verizon had trouble doing each individually and Verizon had much more dead zones and drops. These Cricket staff are attentive with the goal of win-win for everyone.”

They told her she couldn't without her Grandma there who is out of town. A little birdie told us to go elsewhere so we went to T mobile. The store was clean, bright they greeted us right away. Very helpful and my daughter got her new phone. Tmobile has many perks for discounts.”
“If I could give this rating to a specific young male employee (might be a manager) who assisted me around 9:15 p.m., because of his assistance I am posting this review without reservation. I won't go into detail to describe the experience, however, I will briefly state that this associate or manager went above and beyond to assist me as a customer. I normally avoid Walmart on 12th avenue for many reasons I will not go into on this review. My experience last evening has impacted view on shopping at this Walmart. “I don’t give 5 stars, because nothing is perfect. But I will say we’ve had nothing but GREAT service from this place. Changing, upgrading, or switching carriers is never a smooth process. But saying this, Colby and Jordan made OUR process much easier. We had multiple problems in changing phones, carriers, etc, but with the help of these two guys, it made our process much easier. I have no reservations about going back in the future and asking for help.”
