He literally spent hours on line , suspiciously exactly one hour with att trying to port my number over, and additionally with Verizon support accomplishing this goal. I’m so glad to be back with Verizon and to receive such fantastic service after a horrible att experience having calls not received due to network congestion and email not loading and timing out.”

He introduced me to high end brands I hadn’t heard of, and he let me try on several options. Much better than shopping at a big box store. I wasn’t expecting to buy anything here because their prices, like everything at an airport, are higher. The Sony headphones I liked were $30 over list price.
