“I had purchased a new I phone air from a corporate Verizon store because my old phone screen didn’t work. I had an old phone and dreading changing it. Always issues with salesman at corporate store trying to make a deal. Well I was above frustrated that corporate store they would not help me transfer data because I cloud password was unknown. All I needed to do was reset it. I walked into this store twice and each time the managers on both days went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. They both were patient understanding and told me there is a way my data will be transferred to my new phone. It meant a lot to me because my father passed away several years ago and have last phone messages saved. The manager that works on Sunday is actually amazing. Very tentative to the customers needs. He really took time and was able to take care of other customers along with training new staff and help me! Thank you so much for having great staff! It really makes a difference in corporate store and your store! ?”

“I was sent information that an upgrade was available to my current Verizon phone. I went to the store to see the new phome. I decided to upgrade, all charges were clearly explained. The phone color I wanted had to be ordered but only took a couple of days. When the phone came in, the purchase was as discussed previously, and Alec the sales associate transferred my data and Apps from my old phone to my new phone. The phone upgrade process went as advertised, I would recommend using this location for Verizon phone purchases.”

“I was told to go to this store if I wanted the latest tech and offerings from T-Mobile. I didn't want to travel, but it did end up being worth it. This location is much nicer than any other location I have visited. The employees were all personable, respectful and very pleasant despite them dealing with a plumbing issue when I visited. They understood how the devices worked, how to fix problems without calling other places and they were truly sorry I had a problem and needed to come to them. I believe Stephanie helped me as we discussed our bearded dragons and love of animals. I'll fix her name if I'm wrong as this will be the only store I go to now. 5 stars out of 5 stars for everything. The phone staff were professional when I called and everyone was busy with customers. I think this is the most well put together T-Mobile I've ever seen. I attribute 80 percent of this review to the staff and 50 percent of that is easily just Stephanie if not way more.”

“I have been with this data center for over 7 years and had the pleasure of visiting the center. As a QSA auditor for the PCI-PSA I have to say this datacenter is top notch and they follow all security protocols. I was very impressed. The IT support is beyond reproach, during the 7 years I cannot recall any substantial outage, I feel they were up well over 99.9 %. But... my only issue is that consider your gear to be on a one way trip, since there is no process in place that will make easy to retrieve equipment you are on your own. I myself had to fly to the datacenter to retrieve our servers.”

“I decided to switch to Verizon after being with another company for 17 years due to poor customer service, each customer service person telling you something different each time. My biggest concern regarding switching was keeping my number the same. I walked into this store and was helped by Jesus and Adam. It took me less than 30 minutes to switch to this company! They were respectful and helpful explaining everything to me. What they said what would happen, happened the 1st time! I'm not the greatest with technology but Adam made sure everything worked prior to leaving the store! “The tech came over yesterday and diagnosed the problem. He told me that it was the outside equipment that needed to fixed and that he would put in an order for that. He also gave me his supervisor's card and told me that if the problem persists, to call him directly. He also came in and checked out my equipment and agreed that my router/modem was a very good one and was not involved with my service issues. The tech worked for wow-way before the merger and assured me that my issue would be resolved. He was the best tech that has been out and showed me where the problem was and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. I'll update this review after they have been out to fix the problem with the outside box.”
