The representative analysed my device and was up-front that replacing the battery would not resolve the issue. They promptly told me it was the charging port and I could replace the motherboard, but the issue would eventually happen again. I appreciate them being honest and would certainly try them again.”

I didn’t even know that the lens could break - but my sheltered leaving a sharp jagged edge on the back of my phone.
