“I came here to handle an emergency check cash, and the staff were phenomenal. They were understanding and very professional. Lanier and Pricilla were super fantastic and went about and beyond to help me with my issue. I was also informed of their debit card offering, and how I can get my check deposited up to two days early. That will come in handy for my personal situation. I highly recommend this location, and I’m proud to say I will ABSOLUTELY continue to bring my business to this location! Keep up the great work ladies.”

“Crystal Day, Senior Universal Banker at Centier Bank at the Highland, Indiana branch at 9701 Indianapolis Blvd, is not only knowledgeable about all banking products and processes, she is also kind and patient when working with customers under extraordinary circumstances. Recently, my elderly mother brought in an unbelievable number of old savings bonds to cash in that had stopped accruing interest 25 years ago. Crystal set aside 4 hours and took the time needed to painstakingly cash in each bond. And she did so with a smile! As Power of Attorney for my mother, I am so pleased to have witnessed my mother having been treated so kindly and respectfully by Crystal throughout this monstrous process. I HIGHLY recommend that you see Crystal for any and all of your banking needs. She will guide you professionally knowledgeably and will do it with a smile!”

What impressed me lately was my positive experience lately Let me relate what happened recently at the *********** branch I opened a CD rate and handed a check and cash to ***************************,one of the employees. She went out of the office to count the cash and deposit the check I wrote and when she came back she informed me I have given her $500 more than the cash I mentioned and what to do about it I told her to put it in my checking account. I was so impressed by her honesty and integrity.. She could have not told me of the error which my husband said he was in a hurry when he counted and handed me the cash but instead ****** was honest enough to tell me of the error. “I started banking with Pullman Bank & Trust numerous yrs ago & have been pleased the personalized service I received. My original banker ( Ms. Marie) still remembers my name and even though she has moved up into senior management, she has introduced me to other personal bankers to assist me, including Ms. Donna who was very patience with a recent transaction which took more than normal time accumulation & was very patience. This is was I do a lot of banking with the. Biggest plus is free ATM wherever I go with fee reversal.”

Whenever I come to my local OldSecond bank I have full trust when it comes to anything finance, I feel that my account is always protected and I will always get notified whenever there’s a possible scam that has accrued.
