David offered phones in store and directed us to one in another store that worked better for me and my needs and put the sim card in and its worked perfectly since. “This review is specifically for Yania N at the T Mobile store in the Woodfield mall in Schaumburg Il. I ordered a new Samsung phone on T-Mobile online to replace my 8 year old Samsung phone and decided I needed some help setting up the new phone. She greeted us warmly when we arrived, introduced herself, and took great care of us. There were a few glitches setting up the new phone, but she quickly figured out a way to complete the transfer. I would have spent many hours on this, but she did it quickly and expertly. She politely asked a few questions about our internet coverage and gave us some great information on their wireless internet service - no pressure just information.
I observed great customer service from all T-Mobile employees at this location for about 40 minutes as we waited for the data to be transferred from my old phone to the new phone. We will always come to this location when we need help from T-Mobile and I hope to see Yania next time too...”

He was focused and very helpful in setting up a new account and fixing an existing one. He was very patient with us and while on the phone with competitor companies as we changed plans. He also went above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure we were comfortable and understood what the process was.
