“Storage facility is super clean and their drive through doors are really convenient. Annette was extremely helpful when I went to finalize my rental. She showed me around and made sure that I knew how to open/lock my unit, as well as making sure the code worked to get into the building itself. So far, I’m very pleased with this company and location.”
“I had the best experience talking with Tom today. The best customer service I have had in a very long time. He was very helpful and the place is extremely clean.”
“Wonderful! The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than I ever expected from a storage facility.
Heather is absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed, answered every question with patience and kindness, and truly made the entire experience feel personal and easy.
The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and feels very safe. Pricing is fair, access is
convenient, and everything is clearly explained with no hidden surprises.
If you’re looking for a storage facility you can actually feel good about using, this is the place—and if you’re lucky enough to work with Heather, you’ll be in the best hands possible. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage!”
“Krystal and Cassia were very helpful, and their guidance throughout everything was on point. Thank you, Krystal and Cassia, very much. Wouldn't know what to do with you.”
“Never rented a storage unit before. The process was very easy. Really like that you can park inside for ease of unloading and loading from your car to storage unit.”
“Absolutely amazing to work with! The storage facility was very clean, and the staff was professional and helpful. The process was quick, easy, and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!”
“Best service I’ve ever experienced at a storage Comapny. Michael was professional and went out of his way to explain things in full detail about the procedures and policies of the company. Five stars!”
“Highly recommended!! This place is a very nice, practical storage option. The lease process is very simple and the onsite staff - Berly, the beautiful and bodacious - is very helpful.”
“Joyce was a true blessing during one of the most difficult times in my life. My dad passed away unexpectedly, and I was left trying to figure out what to do with all of his belongings. From start to finish, Joyce helped guide me through the entire process and made everything so smooth and stress free.
She is incredibly kind, empathetic, and has such positive energy. Her compassion and willingness to help meant more to me than she will ever know. I had a wonderful experience, and I know my dad did too while he had units here.
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for any of your storage needs. Thank you, Joyce, for making a hard situation so much easier.”
“We work as movers and deal with storage facilities all the time, and the service we got here was on another level. Micheal helped us find the right unit and walked us through everything with a smile on his face the entire time.
That kind of attitude really stands out because we don’t get it at every storage place. He was patient, knew his stuff, and made a stressful move day feel easy.
If you end up at this facility, ask for Micheal. We appreciate people like him who actually care. Highly recommend.”
“Khalilah has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping me getting storage space including transferring to another unit.
Greatly appreciate your help.”
“Worked with Filip at the LITH location and he was very helpful during the whole process. The location is very clean and well put together. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a climatized storage unit.”
“I been in others cube smarts locations ....i would recomended this one ..the guy from the office its pretty good and 5 star costumer service ..the units itself from this location are the most clean i had seen so far from other locations”
“I've had three storage units at CubeSmart in Crystal Lake, IL. Very professional and friendly staff... I've worked with Tori several times, she's great.”
“I love the customer service that I receive here. This is the 2nd time that I have had a storage unit here. I would not go anywhere else for storage as I believe that u-Haul is the best option in this area. The units are new and clean and it is so easy to check in and check out.”
“This is the nicest storage facility you will find - clean, no smells. It’s even carpeted throughout! Even in the units themselves. Nice staff opens and closes the doors to the drive-in bays. The only caveat is the units are only accessible during the daytime. Fine for me but not if you need 24x7 access.”
“Exactly as advertised. I reserved a unit and when I went to follow up I found the facility clean and well maintained. It was well lit and easy to pull in for loading and unloading. Pricing is what I expected. Associate was friendly. All over it was a good experience.”
“First I'd like to say thank you to Lori the owner for being so patient after I have had setback after setback with financial problems not only did they not cause a big issue about it but they could have auctioned my unit I was going on 4 months plus behind and today I was able to pay the full balance at once and keep all of my belongings that I have spent years getting for my business tools Etc so I definitely give this business five stars for having good compassion and an absolute astonishing management.
!!”
“I have been using this company for many years to send shipments to Europe. Their service is always reliable, efficient, and completely trouble-free. I also know they handle various types of transport, including vehicle relocations. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent customer service.⭐️”
“It’s a great storage facility with outstanding access! It’s clean & the gate/slide up door always work! Not much more I can ask for from a storage place.”
“Great place, very fair and had the size I need 10x20. I had the unit for several years before no longer needing it, but I never felt like the price was unaffordable. They were very fair compared to other options on the area. I would recommend.”
“My storage unit was well cared for and clean. The prices are very fair and the staff are very kind and helpful! I highly recommend renting a storage unit from them if you are in need.”
“Angie is wonderful. I trust that my belongings are safe and know that every interaction will be handled with care and great customer service. I highly recommend this storage facility!”

“The storage unit was very clean when I rented it, none of my items were damaged by weather or anything. The staff are very kind and understanding and quick to respond with any questions I had. Very good experience!”
“Super affordable rates, and I've been rate shopping, I Always research before going anywhere these days. There are move-in half off specials and Discounts here, if you're a teacher or military (or want to pay for a full year at once you get a month free) and one other thing i forget but it's right on their site. Even without any discounts at all the rate for their smallest unit was extremely surprisingly cheap compared to Everywhere else around here, even having looked as far as Genoa city Wisconsin to be sure. If they cannot answer your call right away, they will call you back in a timely manner if you leave a message Or make an online reservation. I think because today is a holiday I was very lucky that they called me back when I made a free reservation online and she assured me their office is open tomorrow (Easter weekend) from 9am until 2pm even on a holiday weekend! She wanted to make sure I didn't waste a trip today since the office was already closed and I'm a new tenant, but that they did receive my reservation and it's valid for 3 days before I have to pay for the unit. Very courteous service, I'll probably keep the 5 stars once I visit and load up the unit unless something is obviously not right. Kudos for the great customer service!!! ? ??????❤?????”
