“Sochi was incredibly helpful and patient when we requested to change units because the first one was too small. She walked us to each unit and showed us how to use the lock. The facility is very clean and secure- the prices may be slightly higher here but you are paying for the accessibility, climate control, and drive in options. Highly recommend!”

“Above and beyond staff, Shantill was the best, super professional and very helpful. My moving experience was very hectic, but Extra Space Storage made storing my items easy. My ID didn’t validate correctly and I needed to come in before 6pm when the office closes to correct it, but because I was spending so much time packing I almost forgot. When i got there it was 6:02pm so I was freaking out a bit. I had a moving truck full of items and was potentially going to have no where to put it. However the staff was super nice and let me in to quickly verify my ID. I thought since they were closing I’d have to figure everything out myself, but Shantill was a god send and walked me through the WHOLE process! She instructed me on how to enter the door codes, showed me the entrance area for unloading my items + reminded me of the hours, and even walked me to my storage unit, showed me how to use the lock they provided, and provided directions for where all the dolly’s were so I could move in easier. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a storage facility and they definitely did not have to do all of that given that I showed up at office closing hours. The space was clean, secure, and with the dolly/ carts, not that hard to move into. They even have a bathroom if your moving takes a while and you gotta go lol. Although the unit may look small when it’s empty it fits a LOT, as long as you stack the boxes like you’re supposed to. Overall 5/5 experience and super happy with my choice thus far.”

“Big Shout Out to Maria and the team over at U-Haul Archer Heights for providing the best customer service I have ever experienced. Had reserved a truck that got pushed to another location and all the equipment I rented was not provided. Traveled over to the Archer Heights location to get everything I ordered, and the system was trying to charge me $200! Online I had paid roughly $50, I was sick to my stomach bro. The team there got Maria on the line and she got me right, and I paid the proper price that I paid online. All this to say that this is a team that cares and is willing to help their customers out. Not something that is common practice and is always appreciated when it happens.

“I was very confused on where to start the process of renting a storage but an employee named Freddy helped me out with all questions and concerns I had. He was super nice and had patience with explaining the step by step process! I left very happy and satisfied knowing that my belongings will be kept safe. If I could give 6 stars I WOULD.”
“The online reservation was simple and easy. The young lady and gentleman at the 251 E. 95th store, that assisted me in the office were so patient and kind. They made the process very easy for me. This has been my usual U-Haul office and I have no plans to change it.”
“The staff are always courteous. However, I am a regular purchaser of propane and lately I have been told at this location and at 26th and LaSalle that they are not rained on how to complete propane transactions, or that they have full canisters but that their system is not allowing them to sell them. I really don’t have any gripe other than this but it is extremely frustrating to see a product that appears available to buy on premises that you desperately need that they employees do not know how to sell. Please fix this.”
“My vehicle has been in the shop. This was cheaper than a Enterprise car rental. Used it for work and back. Pretty basic stuff. Thank God they had something available nearby, otherwise I'll have to bus it over to a different location. It's convenient, nearby and the rental has been easier every time. Definitely would come back. Honestly if my vehicle is still at the shop, I would have no choice but to. Keep up the good work.”

“I cannot speak higher of this U-Haul Dealer. I reserved a Van, and when I showed up the nice Gentleman in charge helped me right away. It literally took 10 minutes and I was out the door with the van. I came back in 2 hours and he received me with a smile and sent me the receipt for the rental via email.
Overall, the best service and the Van was brand new and very clean. 100 % recommended!”
“Here, this workshop for me is very special, the people, the man, the owner, very kind, very attentive, and well, I'm going to go. I have been going for many years, and honestly, the man is a very good person. The workers, the few that there are, are very kind and well. Honestly, they are very upright because when you drive a car and you think it is not right, they always try to make sure your car is in perfect condition and they are also people who, when someone goes and says this is not good, the man always tries to fix the problem and That counts a lot like me, well, I went because I had already bought my battery there and the very kind man still did not have the coverage and he was very kind. He changed it for me and well, they are small things that one as a buyer or client Well, look for attention And the details are when you return. Honestly, I have been going to that workshop for about 20 years exactly and sincerely, you return to where they treat you well and give you good service and that the people are aware. I recommend it to you. Thank you very much.”
