“I contacted Mavis because I thought I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to get me in right away and figured out where the leak was coming from. They couldn’t repair the leak due to the location but they were very helpful in explaining the next steps. I was able to get new tires and back on the road quickly. They provide great service!”

I didn't bring my car into Belle Tire for tires but instead of repair. I was so worried because that Saturday morning most repair shops in the area were either closed or too busy. “If you are looking for an honest and fair auto mechanic shop, THIS IS IT!We had our pick-up 350 in this shop to fix the break lines and it was done quick and at a very reasonable price. During the process of the truck being towed, a minor damage was done to our truck. Unfortunately, we didn't know who was a fault. After not getting anywhere with the tow company, Troy quickly offered to help and repair, at no cost! My husband and I were both shocked because this simply does not happen! “I know this is going to sound crazy, but it was a miracle that I happened to drive by at the most needed time!I had an appointment in Naperville that I had to reschedule from last Wednesday, because I forgot I had to go in person. I knew my front tires were low on air and I planned on the way back home I was going to fill them once I got to the next gas station since I needed gas as well. I was letting Google Maps direct me since I live at least 1 and a half hours away, there was at least 2 notifications for Google for a faster route and I accepted the tips. Then the next thing I know my car notifies me that my back passenger tire was getting low. I was praying for a gas station then I started watching my car sensor show that the air was going out fast in the back tire. In a second of time, I saw your sign and immediately knew I needed to stop there! Thankfully and I'm grateful that I did! The employees working were kind, polite, and able to get my back tire patched up and filled all my tires up right away for me, so I could get home safely. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle; I really appreciate you making the time, even making me aware of a another current, but mild issue with my vehicle, and assured me that it was safe enough for me to get home. Thank you so much again! May God bless you all much!!”

“I made my appointment on Thursday for new tires to be installed Saturday. After install, I paid for an alignment due to the specks after putting the new tires on. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean. I came in with a wheel sensor warning light that came on after being at the dealer. The techs ran the test and everything was okay which is opposite of what the dealer was telling me. Michael, the manager, ran a second diagnostics just to verify what the techs found for both of our peace of mind. Everything came back good and they were able to reset the warning light. Michael has been in the industry a long time and was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of services on your car.”

“There is no better place to take your car. They are so honest and care about their customers. Came in with what my dealership told me were bad back brakes, and was told that they were in perfect condition and didn't need to be replaced yet. They then rotated my tires for me as well. They could have easily replaced the brakes and charged me for it, but instead they told me the truth. They earned a customer for life.”

“I usually bring my car elsewhere for brakes and service. A few years back I tried Merlin’s it was close to the house and I have yet to be disappointed. Customer service to the repair has been a 5 in my book. As of now if service stays the same I will continue using Merlin’s in elgin.”

“I had tires installed here in early 2022, and it was rough. I was back this past weekend and the service has improved immensely! I had a 1PM appointment on a Sunday, it was done at 2PM. Everything was installed perfectly. However, service is still slightly subpar to proffesional shops. They don't put down floor coverings or seat coverings, resulting in marks on my seats. Luckily I have seat covers, a little more professionalism and attention to detail would be nice but I am glad they have improved as much as they have.”
