My dog does not fear going there like he did with other groomers, and the prices and service are high quality. I understand there may be policies that some dog owners don’t agree with, but I believe that’s the right for every business owner to decide for themselves. At the end of the day, if they choose not to groom bully breeds then that’s their decision but they shouldn’t be smeared with tar and feathers for it.

00000000, GrayslakeLove seeing Ruth! She's so good with my 13 year old poodle mix. He's very sweet but doesn't always like to leave me. At some bigger places afterwards he'd get diarrhea. She's kind and gentle with him and he doesn't mind going and he always looks so good after! She cares about him. A vet didn't even notice something she pointed out so obviously. Highly recommend her as a great person to go to for your dogs grooming, you're in good hands! And I love how she says it'll be 2 hours and it is!

The entire practice has been outstanding since I got him. I know my puppy is in great hands under their outstanding care. This practice is excellent at handling last minute appointments and very responsive to any inquiries. I look forward to watching Hooper grow under their care and nurturing.

1810 E Belvidere Rd, GrayslakeThis place was great! We went at 4PM on a Saturday, so if you go then, expect a wait because it seems like they only had one doctor, but it was worth the wait. Dr Ray(hope I'm spelling his name right) was great! Incredibly knowledgeable and transparent. My guinea pig Lorelai had blood coming out of her, so after calling, they told me to bring her in. They didn't force anything on me and were open with the options available. We ended up opting to have the x-rays taken and found out she had calcium stones she was trying to pass. Dr Ray sedated her and managed to get the two out that were bothering her and informed us that she has more. He basically saved her life tonight, and for that, I'm eternally grateful.

A special thank you and high recognition to managers Holliday and Colin who do such a great job running this place. Pepsi has been attending almost 2 years now and these young people deserve a raise maybe from the owners? For sure, kudos from me for taking such good care of him when I go into the office 3 days a week. Thank you and keep up the great work caring for our buddies!

He gained the confidence and obedience needed in order to be the family dog we envisioned. The communication and support we received throughout his training and following has meant so much. We cannot believe the difference in our dog. We knew he had it in him and so grateful that Kaitlyn and the Tops Team believed in our dog and his potential.

Being first time dog owners, we had no idea where to start with training! Teddy came back able to follow basic commands, fully potty trained, good leash manners, and minimal barking! We loved our experience and will definitely be sending him back for boarding!

Cameras at the front/back doors…LOL Mindy does a nice write-up after each visit & has never missed a visit. She’s also watched our cat a few times when we’ve gone on vacay. I highly recommend & she will take the time to learn your pet’s special needs. She also does hospice care for elderly & sick pets.

The falafel burger was incredible, even for someone who is usually carnivorous. Drinks are very tasty and move quickly to your table...our server Taylor was wonderful in her recommendations as well, we'll be coming back again just due to her dish suggestions. The home-made sauces for all of the dishes were wonderful, the TV viewing for live sports was plentiful...absolutely recommending at least one dining experience here.

We used to come here often enough that the lovely waitress would recognize my boyfriend and ask if he wanted their (fabulous) Thai beer. Wonton soup is garnished with cilantro, green onions, and DELICIOUS fried garlic, had to order some to go! Fresh sushi that is rolled very well with beautiful presentation, delicious drunken noodles, perfect miso soup, and very fresh house salad with crisp red onions (I've never had such a nice house salad like this before, honestly!) Great portions and everything always the perfect temperature!
