Our visit came as a result of needing a 2nd opinion on a surgery. Dr. McKenzie listened to all our concerns, and presented multiple options in an easy to understand manner. When it became clear that surgery was needed, the surgeon, Dr. Weber, performed a seamless and minimally invasive procedure. She was quick to provide updates via phone call, and gave clear post-treatment instructions that have led to an easy-to-manage home care plan. We are so grateful to have our cat, Theo, alive and on the mend!

Their boarding facilities are excellent. The staff allowed my shy cats the time to adjust without adding to their stress. For the two weeks they were boarded I did not worry about their health or safety, there was no need to as I trust the staff completely. I have also highly recommended the medical practice and boarding facilities to others and will continue to do so.

1050 E Park Ave, LibertyvilleMy puppy and I love Pampered Pup’z!! The staff is kind, friendly, caring, helpful, and they truly love working with your furry friends!! They were incredibly helpful as my puppy was adjusting to doggy care, and gave him little breaks when he was too hyped up playing with friends! We worked together on training and learning how to play with other dogs and humans.
Their facility is spacious and always sparkling clean! When your puppy goes in for grooming, they come out with a shiny, good smelling coat, and an adorable bandana around their neck. They do special activities at every holiday like Halloween dress up and pictures, pictures with Santa, lucky ornaments for St. Patrick’s day, and an Easter egg hunt, just to name a few!

We have a regular walker on their staff, but every single person who has subbed in to walk out girl is so kind & loving. They are great at knowing our girl’s quirks and habits- when she needs a coat on, when she needs extra snuggles or a treat for encouragement to get out the door when it’s frigid. They have been completely reliable. Their app works really well for communication & scheduling & pictures from each walk.

Also, appreciated his honest input when asking him questions about what to order. The owner came over to say hi and was very personable and kind. And the food was delicious!! The sauces were really flavorful, and the pastas are homemade and made fresh daily. Truly the best meal I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to come back and try other dishes!
