1475 N Dilleys Rd Ste 6, GurneeOne of the easiest 5-star reviews I've written. We have an 19 year old calico cat and wanted a 2nd opinion on her final years of wellness. Even though the entire process was contactless, we felt welcomed and included. I sat in my car and the doctor called me for entire exam. At our old place they also did contactless but we only got a summary when done. The doctor was warm, caring, and never made me feel rushed. After 19 years elsewhere, we're switching to Good Life.
Update: After a long and very loved life, it was time to say goodbye to our kitty. Good Life made the process as easy as possible. 4 years later, we miss her. Our only regret is that we did not meet Dr. Estrick sooner.

6405 Grand Ave, GurneeWe’ve had a really positive experience with Banfield Pet Hospital. Their Optimum Wellness Plan ended up being a great fit for our needs as a puppy family because it helped make routine care, vaccinations, and checkups much more manageable and predictable.
What has stood out the most though is how caring and compassionate the staff has been with our dog. Everyone has been patient, friendly, and genuinely attentive every time we’ve visited. You can tell they truly care about the animals they see and want both pets and owners to feel comfortable.
We’re very grateful for the support and care they’ve provided and would definitely recommend Banfield to other pet owners.

6641 Grand Ave Ste F, GurneeWasn't looking forward to this because I am afraid of panera-type restaurants. My dad had free entree coupons so I thought why not. I ordered the BLTA and the amount of bacon on the sandwich was probably appropriate to the price. The ordering isn't intuitive in my opinion, a little confusing at first. If I did not have said coupons, probably a 4 out of 5 because the price today would of been $31, which is enough to make multiple (atleast 5 of the same sized) bacon sandwiches at home. The tables were clean, the aesthetic of the restaurant is well done. Maybe need to clean some of the pictures on the walls tho. Overall, mucher better than Panera. The sandwich had plenty of bacon, avocado, and the tomatos were absolutely perfect. Would go again, maybe.
