The crust was perfectly baked, the sauce had great flavor, and the pizza was loaded with cheese and toppings exactly as a good deep dish should be. Everything tasted fresh, and it was exactly what we were hoping for when looking for authentic Chicago pizza. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

303 North Waukegan Road, Lake BluffWe are frequent diners at Tacos El Norte Lake Bluff and always appreciate the warm, friendly staff and tasty food! They offer a wide selection of menu items. Our favorite entrees include carne asada, bistec ranchero and camaron al mojo garlic (shrimp). The quesabirria (lamb) appetizer is also delicious. The restaurant is always clean & sparkling and the staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcome. We used them for a recent catering event for 50 people and the El Norte team exceeded our expectations. Diego provided wonderful guidance in planning the menu and selecting batch cocktails; he and his team showed up on time for delivery and helped with the set up and presentation. Our guests were delighted with all of the appetizers and taco bar; the flan, churros and sopapilla cinnamon chips were the perfect desserts for a crowd. We can't wait to have El Norte Lake Bluff cater another event and look forward to our next visit to the restaurant!

Everything is house made, even the condiments. Awesomely flavorful food. + The Manager is kind with a caring aura to him. Coming back for sure.
