If you can't find it in store, go online, and there is a huge selection to choose from that the store can't even hold. Yes, some items can be pricey, but the quality is great and will last you. “I ordered a shirt online I went to pick it up I have a Mobility Scooter so I had to wait till I can get my mobility scooter and someone to go with me to get it off the trailer to go in to pick up the shirt because they really no longer do the sidewalk pick up which to me is sad because I am disabled and or on the phone”

“I love shopping here in stores and online but the one thing I hate is the employees that approach me too often. I understand they have to do their job but they overdo it especially during the holidays. Last year I went with my sister and we were both shopping minding our business but tell me why I was approached like 3-4 times by different employees. Back to back the second and third time like bro let me shop in peace. When I get constantly approached like that it makes me think that they think I’m stealing and that makes me uncomfortable. Other than that in the past I’ve found good finds and received good help when I asked for it. I’m still gonna go this year for my holiday shopping but I hope they don’t approach me too often. Also the music is too loud sometimes.”
“I love the P.S side! Great deals, always the sizes I need for my two youngest and they like these styles. The last visit I made, the gentlemen who helped us was amazing! Super helpful, very patient, listened to what I wanted and found those things for me, made suggestions but wasn't at all pushy... Great place to shop for the kids!”
“This store has gone from a $9.99 hidden gem to a popular shopping destination for many young consumers. Gladly it still offers great prices and discounts for its customers, with a large selection of modern fashion. You can always find a discount and are almost always rewarded with future discounts for your purchases. Rated 4 stars simply for the fact that it often crowded and the line to the register can be annoying and long.”

“This is my favorite store! I love the style of Wrangler pants. And the pants here are really cheap. You can find many below 10 bucks. Every time I go there, I come back with a heavy bag of pants (of course they have other things too, like shirts). The bag is heavy because I bought so many, also because some of the pants are made of very thick (hence durable) cloth. I can guarantee you that things you buy from here will be much cheaper than other stores, even other stores in malls, say the Lee store in Michigan City Mall.”
“I haven't been to Gurnee since I was a teenager! My husband surprised me with a mini shopping spree, which turned out to be a spree for the kids because I'm just that kind of Mom! Lol. Anyways, we got here in the afternoon. You are required to wear a mask upon entering any store. Some stores did monitor capacity, so there was a line but they seem to move quickly. The food court did not have many options, and many of the restaurants were closed. On our way out we began to notice all the different activities for the kids. They have a bungee attraction and a train that goes around the mall. Next time we visit, we'll be sure our little guy has some fun! I like that there's lots of space to just sit and relax in the mall and they're accompanied by charging stations.”

“I had the most excellent service today at aerie in gurnee mills. I had ordered a strapless bra online and did not seem to fit well. I went into the store and Anelise helped me. She knew exactly what I needed , brought three different bras to try on and made sure I was happy! I left really glad I went in and had Anelise help me! Fantastic experience!”

“Assistant manager was helpful with educating me on inserting my nose ring for the first time since I got it pierced a year ago. They provided education with a silocone nose and helped me pick out an l-shaped stud that was easier to insert.

She's incredibly knowledgeable on the clothing at hand and was a great help with her expertise. She was very patient and kind as I was in here for over an hour. Made my whole experience much easier.
