“I had the best experience with Thompson Moving and storage. Jim, Cole, Michael and Mark made my move exceptionally stress-free. I was very nervous to hire movers after being in my home for 40 years. But these guys made the experience so enjoyable, never thought that would be possible. I would recommend them to everybody. At my age, the less stress, is the best. Our moving estimator Johnny, was very attentive to our needs and our estimate was spot on. Thanks again guys.”
“Brenda was so helpful and accommodating. She really understands the business behind public storage. She made sure to fulfill my requests and she has done so gracefully. I enjoyed doing business with Brenda. Would come back for Brenda.”

Although I definitely think she needs some air conditioning in there, but she makes it work, as outstanding of a job she does, she needs some cool air in there. Overall clean facility and excellent customer service. Well done Michiah.”

“Wow! The customer service here is amazing!!! Talked with Tony today about some payment issue's he got it resolved within seconds of being on the phone. I always say if a employee prides themselves on a establishment they work at, and treat it like its there own the company should always show gratitude towards that employee. His work ethic and enthusiasm made my day way better dealing with this situation!Tony thanks so much for your help today! I HIGHLY RECOMEND ASK FOR TONY!”

“The 5x5 is perfect for the amount of storage I have at this time. I love that it's ground level. It was very easy to move my things into this space. It should prove to be ideal for my future plans.”

“I am currently a tenant at SROA glenwood and I have been helped many times by Nika. She had been a great assistance on questions and concerns I had on my unit. I would strongly recommend her services in the future. !!
Edit:
I would also like to add that I had also had questions regarding moving out process, and Eric was very helpful and solutions oriented to guide me through the process. He represents this company very well as a shining face of customer service!”
“Katie was great I was a little late to the appointment to take a look at a 10x10 she didn’t mind! She also didn’t try to upsell me on anything! 10 out of 10 would recommend everyone to see Katie!”
““I had an excellent experience at this storage facility, and a big reason for that was Gabby. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but Gabby’s outstanding customer service really sets this place apart. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they have a great experience. I highly recommend this facility. Thanks, Gabby!”
“I've had the best experience there. The manager Ms. Dolly Parton is who she reminds me of. Blonde hair and a big personality shes like family to me there and we miss her when she at the other location. She brings really good energy, she works with you and maintains the property well but let's not take her kindness for weakness because if she has to she'll remind YOU of the companies policies. It's has been a good safe space to store storage. No regrets”
“Used them for quite a while. Had no issues with them and they were very helpful with any questions. Also made leaving easy as I had forgot before I moved states.”
“Great service from Johnny and Matilda. I'm new to RV camping and Johnny helped park my camper. Matilda helped find a parking spot that was easier to park. Great experience, would recommend.”
