“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I went to Lockport and the employees didn’t show up at that location so I went to Lemont. Both employees were great at Lemont. Thanks Islam”

“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”

“The best customer service center in the area. Happy to resolve the billing issues for us. However, parking for elderly customers that can't walk very far is a problem. It appears to be poorly designed by the development company. And did not appear to have any handicap parking at the front of the building.”

He stepped in and took over our account when our original representative was out and we were preparing to leave for vacation. “I visited this store (Orland Park, Il) a few days ago to have data transferred from an old phone. I was immediately greeted by Xavier. He took care of my problem very quickly. I had a string of questions regarding a new phone that he answered. I was very pleased with the service at this location. I drove pass two Verizon stores to come here and I will make this my go-to store. Staff were very friendly and have great expertise.”
