“I was sent information that an upgrade was available to my current Verizon phone. I went to the store to see the new phome. I decided to upgrade, all charges were clearly explained. The phone color I wanted had to be ordered but only took a couple of days. When the phone came in, the purchase was as discussed previously, and Alec the sales associate transferred my data and Apps from my old phone to my new phone. The phone upgrade process went as advertised, I would recommend using this location for Verizon phone purchases.”

“I had an issue with my work iPad yesterday that kept me from working at a time when I really couldn’t afford to be “down”! My company provider is Verizon but I was in front of this store and it was nasty storming outside. I walked in and in under 3 minutes Raj got my iPad to reset and he got me on the road. She suggested a different idea on how to retrieve some sentimental photos & video on my damaged phone to transfer over to a different phone after the screen was unswipeable. She was successful in doing so & helped me save money in the process by allowing me more options as a result. Now I can take my time in purchasing a new phone, tablet & smartwatch without the pressure of losing my important data from my old phone. “I have been with this data center for over 7 years and had the pleasure of visiting the center. As a QSA auditor for the PCI-PSA I have to say this datacenter is top notch and they follow all security protocols. I was very impressed. The IT support is beyond reproach, during the 7 years I cannot recall any substantial outage, I feel they were up well over 99.9 %. But... my only issue is that consider your gear to be on a one way trip, since there is no process in place that will make easy to retrieve equipment you are on your own. I myself had to fly to the datacenter to retrieve our servers.”
“Had a major hiccup getting my number transferred from one plan to my very own plan after Verizon messed some stuff up on their end. Had to leave work early, came in and was helped by Kevin. He was exceptionally helpful and very nice as we tried to figure out how to fix the problem. Took just under 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service to get everything fixed. As we waited he did a great job installing a screen protector on my new phone! I now know who to go to when I'm having issues with anything!”

“I decided to switch to Verizon after being with another company for 17 years due to poor customer service, each customer service person telling you something different each time. My biggest concern regarding switching was keeping my number the same. I walked into this store and was helped by Jesus and Adam. It took me less than 30 minutes to switch to this company! They were respectful and helpful explaining everything to me. What they said what would happen, happened the 1st time! I'm not the greatest with technology but Adam made sure everything worked prior to leaving the store! “The tech came over yesterday and diagnosed the problem. He told me that it was the outside equipment that needed to fixed and that he would put in an order for that. He also gave me his supervisor's card and told me that if the problem persists, to call him directly. He also came in and checked out my equipment and agreed that my router/modem was a very good one and was not involved with my service issues. The tech worked for wow-way before the merger and assured me that my issue would be resolved. He was the best tech that has been out and showed me where the problem was and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. I'll update this review after they have been out to fix the problem with the outside box.”

My new iphone that the corporate store in Geneva provided me with was defective and was refusing to help me telling me I had to go to Apple... even though I was in my 30 day window of the purchasing the new phone. She was able to get me a new iphone that worked perfectly within two days and installed everything perfectly! BELLA ROCKS! I have been going to this store for close to 17 years ...
