“This review is for this particular location more than J.Crew Factory itself.
Except for the one girl who kept offering unsolicited specific suggestions on what clothes would look good on me and my wife, I thought all of the employees were very helpful and actively trying to make sure we knew they were ready to help if we needed another size or anything.
However, I ended up returning everything I bought here once I did some research online and realized the Factory stores sell lower quality merchandise than the main J.Crew stores (which, apparently, is sort of the main deal with outlet malls). I suppose the quality is fine, but I felt like I was paying a bit of a premium for clothes that probably weren't premium.
So, everything about this particular location was great, but I'm not really a fan of the brand.”
“This store is EXTRAORDINARILY handicapped/disabled-friendly--what a stark contrast with the JCPenney in North Aurora! This store has made a loyal Kohl's customer out of me--the associates were extremely helpful with my pickup and even escorted me out to my car and offered to bring future pickup orders out to my car. Deeply grateful for this extraordinary level of customer service. Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield could learn something from this store.”

“Stopped into Kohls +Sephora to grab a few makeup items. Was greeted by Crystal in Sephora (she actually scared me but that’s because I was in my own world and we had a good laugh about it). I went in for one thing and was kind of browsing around for another without any real intention of buying as I wasn’t 100% sure what I needed. I explained what I was looking for to Crystal and she gave me a couple of options that might work well for me and then just gave me space to decide which one I wanted. It was honestly a great, no pressure experience.”
“My son, husband and I walked in to buy a suit and were greeted by the lovely Kallie She was kind, courteous, attentive, helpful, patient words cannot describe what a wonderful experience we had because of her. We will be definitely going back to buy more suits because of HER. She is an asset to the company. You guys are lucky to have her.”

“This place is incredible with very knowledgeable staff. The only thing that bothered me about this particular location, is as an older newbie skater, is that as soon as I was almost ready to settle on a specific product, someone would come and take the salesperson away and tell me to speak to someone else and I would have to start all over again. This is incredibly poor customer service and says, "you are not important enough as a customer to us so we are going to interrupt". This happened five times in a period of 20 minutes and it is maddening. Not the way to find my path to spending lots of money. If anything it hurried me out of the store. So A+ for friendliness and knowledgeable staff but F for treating customers as an afterthought.”
