In-person transactions have always been great but a recent experience with fraud against our main account has solidified keeping our personal business with NuMark. Irma phoned me after 5 pm on Friday night with a potential fraudulent transaction with an altered check. That alone saved us a lot of problems snowballing from the altered check. Rhonda followed up with me the following business day and gave us specific steps of how to resolve this. At the Tinley Park location, Meghan professionally walked us through each step getting us back in business with our account. Way to go, NuMark!”

I have been a long standing customer since the bank was Austin Bank of Chicago in the 80's, then later became ABC Bank, now Old Second Bank. I know there're not as large as Chase, Boa, Us Bank to name a few, I can't imagine transferring to some other institution, I have always been satisfied with the service I receive there, and was more so when the chgo hts location switched over so that I didn't have to travel to the 92nd street lication..location. “came to deposit a check, can do it with the cash station but I still prefer to do this type of transaction in person. they recognize regular customers, greet you by name and provide fast efficient service. I do mostly online transactions but it's good to know you can still take it to the bank.”
