“I have been a customer with this bank since the 1990s when it was AJ Smith. This location by far is the best location. All the tellers and managers are top tier. I bank at other People's bank locations and by far this is the best branch. 80th avenue branch drive through tellers there have been rude at times. 80th ave would receive 4 stars for drive through service issues, otherwise 80th avenue managers are top tier. Mortgage personnel are top tier also, as I have my commercial and home mortgages through People's bank.”

The young lady I spoke to came out to the car to notarized the documents for my Dad. She didn't want him to have to get out of the car in the wheelchair. This type of kindness is rare today.
